The resort and this Bay Villa will be fully renovated in and out. 976 is the only south facing unit of this set of 4 exclusive 3 BR 2.5 BA units directly on the bay. Plenty of sun, Manatees hanging out right out back. Steps to pristine resort gulf beach, salt pools. Private hot tub under a large open gazebo exclusive to these 4 units. Fishing Pine Island Sound is among the best on the planet.

This is an upscale set of units that are amoung the largest at South Seas Plantation Resort. Everything feels new. There is a porch swing to sit and read. The master bedroom has tons of storage and a very nice bathroom.

The upper level has the kitchen with granite counter tops and very nice appliances. The dining and living room are together and connect to the balcony. A dozen people could meet here for dinner and not feel crowded.

The unit faces the bay with abundant wildlife and birds. The beach is about 400 ft from the unit. The beach faces west for wonderful sunsets. There is pretty good shelling here.

For a great lunch or dinner with wonderful deserts, go to the Bubble Room less than a half mile off the resort property. The Mucky Duck is a local favorite and equally wonderful.

We were there the second week of January and want to go back soon.
