We were surprised to find that this is not a typical timeshare. It is a small condo complex and approximately 1/3 of the units are being used as a timeshare. The units were average, although spacious and clean. We were in a 1 bedroom, which was really a studio in our view. The LR,DR and Kitchen were on level one. The bedroom was a loft overlooking the living room. There was no private bedroom. This worked for us, but could be difficult for families. We really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. There was no activity schedule--only a Monday talk [with coffee and donuts] which was informative. The only amenity was the outdoor pool and hot tub. The condo was very quiet and we saw very few people. We found it pleasant once we were there for several days and accepted that our entertainment needed to come from out of the facility.
