Wonderful location. Bike path takes you right into downtown area. Eat an icecream at Kilwins and cool off!

Poorly kept, rust in plumbing fixtures, weak furnishing, no front desk after 5, so no access to coins for laundry in the evening. VERY SMALL room with tiny 2 person dining set that is in a hallway size kitchen. Big garbage bin ouside of elevator, in open sight of residents. Looks great on picture, but is nothing like it in person. A very good location relative to the beach, but its setup is not one for anyone looking for a resort or any kind of romantic setting.

This is a small friendly resort. Early afternoons we had the pool to ourselves. The beach and pier deck were very nice. Each evening we walked the pier deck (when we didn't feel like sand) and enjoyed the wonderful beach smell and the balmy breeze from the ocean. We chatted with people who came there every year at neighboring resorts. We drove past the beautiful beach front mansions nearby and marveled at the wealth.

We enjoyed the beach and the pier, great location!
