Very interested but we are not familiar with timeshares. Besides the sale price and the annual fee, are there additional fees?
Once you own a unit you pay annual maintenance fees only. Wave Crest is under $1,000 for a week, hard to beat in Del Mar, California

Typically the buyer pays the closing costs and the transfer fees. You would need to contact the owner or agent to get an estimate on how much those fees would be.
