I rented a 2 floor unit in December. The location is perfect - the ocean is steps away! They have a pool, and a place to barbecue. It is a tree-lined, secluded, charming place, about a mile from Atlantic Avenue and is on the ocean. The only issue is that the units need to be updated - they are talking about doing that soon. I so enjoyed my stay!

BEAUTIFUL RESORT ON OCEAN

The most peaceful and clean resort. Family atmosphere and not crowded. The Beach is the same. Close to everything you could wants is within walking or short drive. The same staff who aim to please. The condo type unit has everything you need and more. Very comfortable and well kept up. Can't be beat for the price either. We return again and again.

Excellent family,quiet, private, small resort. Have owned for 11 yrs. Delray beaches are beautiful, clean, secure. Lots of night life and an short drive to Miami as well as the Keys, Ft. Lauderdale. Always clean and accomodating staff.

We are oweners at this resort and have been going for many years. We also own at six other resorts. this is our favorit, it is like ret5uning home every year. The staff are very friendy and more like family any problem we have is resolved by Dottie right away. I would never trade-in my weeks at this resort. Love it. The units are very comfortable. The gounds are in perfect condition. Very quite and restful place to be. A touch of paradise.

we were booked into this resort and called rci to get out. the unit was old, funky and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. the unit was furnished for elders. rci did give us another week to use which we traded for later. would not recommend this resort
