Excellent location! Close to everything for outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking, biking, big lake with boating etc. Nice simple relaxing resort with a private feel. Very close to 3 mountain towns for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Wonderful staff who takes care of your needs.

Top condo in Dillion according to TripAdvisor.com and under 10 minutes door to parking at Keystone base. Arapahoe Basin, Breckinridge, Copper and Vail also within reasonable daily drives. Public bus transport to/from Keystone only a few steps away if different members of your party want to go to/from Keystone at times other than your vehicle.

This is a very well run resort. Always wonderful service and wonderful amenities. love the outdoor hot tub, convenience to ski hills.

Quiet and comfortable. Swan Mountain makes for a great base of operations from which to ski multiple mountains: Keystone, A-Basin, Breck, and Copper. Vail is about 40 minutes away.

This is a wonderful quaint resort in the pines of the Rocky Mountains. Close to shopping, hiking and grocery. You will hear the winds whistle through the aspen trees!

Swan Mountain has been a Gold Crown Resort for as long as we've owned this property. They take pride in keeping the resort in excellent shape. This resort is close to some of the best ski resorts in Colorado. Breckenridge, Vail, and Silverthorne are all nearby. It's a great place to visit any time of the year. In the summer there are so many places close by to visit. Less than 2 hours away, Steamboat Springs has a great 4th of July celebration with a rodeo and fireworks. Dillon reservoir is at your doorstep. It offers snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter and boating and fishing in the summer months. There is a 18 mile paved bike path that winds around the entire reservoir. There are also many mountain biking trails in the area.

This place definitely deserves its Gold Crown status. It's in a quiet location, just 5-10 min. away from Keystone resort if you want to ski or enjoy lively activity. The indoor pool at Swan Mt. is clean and spacious. The grounds are well maintained, and the staff couldn't be more gracious and helpful. This particular time share unit is on the 2nd floor, which is the top floor for its building. The unit has vaulted ceilings and spacious window panes that let plenty of winter sunshine into the living areas. A two bedroom unit, it can sleep up to 6.

RCI Gold Crown for decades and it shows. Resort is clean, staff is so friendly. And you cannot beat the location for skiing in the winter and fishing in the summer.

This resort is exceptionally well maintained. There is no shuttle service to the ski areas but is 2.5 miles away from Keystone and 20 minutes away from Breckenridge.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The one bedroom was large enough for 4 people. Nice kitchen with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Big refrigerator with an ice maker.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They brought us a cot and had it in the unit when we arrived. The wifi was great!

Nice hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) and an indoor pool. Covered parking and ski lockers are nice and convenient.

We are seriously considering buying here. We own two other time shares and we really like this one.

Our family of four stayed in a one-bedroom unit at this resort last week. The unit was extremely clean and modern. The kitchen was great for a quiet meal in after a day of skiing. The queen sleeper-sofa in the living area was surprisingly comfortable, and a wonderful place to fall asleep in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

The indoor pool area was impressive to say the least. Floor-to-ceiling wood paneling gave it a cozy feel; the pool was nice and warm, and the Jacuzzi was just the ticket for sore muscles. The adjoining clubhouse area was the gathering place for the resort's nightly apres ski gathering where appetizers and beverages were served.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made sure you had everything you needed at check-in for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay at Swan Mountain again, and will be referring friends and family as well.

I've been an owner since 1997 and I think this is a very well maintained resort, very convenient to all opportunities, winter and summer. I love going to both Dillon and Breckenridge and other cities such as Silverthorne for day trips. There is an indoor pool and spa and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The units are very spacious and clean. Love the fireplaces and the washer/dryer is certainly a plus not found at many resorts. Great place to relax or do as many activities as you like.

I have enjoyed being an owner at SMR since 2001. They keep the units, grounds, facilities, pool, etc very clean. Being in the heart of summit county makes it easy to take advantage of the many ski resorts that are located within minutes. My wife and I will only go to Gold Crown resorts and this has remained as one of our favorites. It also has dual affiliations with RCI (Resort Condominiums International) and II (Interval International). It is the only RCI, Gold Crown Resort in Summit County!

Excellent resort. We were so close to many ski areas ---- Keystone (5 min), Copper Mountain (20 min), Arapahoe Ski Basin (10 min), and Breckenridge (20 min). We really did love all the snow and beautiful scenery.

Last Fall we spent a week at Swan Mountain Resort, and loved it! It is small with a personal feel, quiet, private, assigned parking just a few steps from the unit, as is the office and pool. The grounds and flowers were well kept. The unit was comfortable - loved having a washer and dryer, fireplace, good kitchen and furnature. Definately worthy of RCI Gold Crown rating. Now that we are owners, we can enjoy SMR even more often.

We have been owners here since 1980. Our resort has recently rebuilt the activities area. The pool is completely indoor now. There is an indoor and an outdoor hot tub. Each unit has washer and dryer (not just an onsite laundry). Golf is much closer than 3 miles at the newer Keystone River Course. We think it is a great place for any season.
