  • This is a delightful location close to the coast and Bar Harbor. The staff is very helpful and the site is very well maintained.

We stayed here 9/1-9/8,2007 and enjoyed it very much. Our unit was well-furnished and quite comfortable. The location is very convenient for shopping and sight seeing. We spent all of our time exploring the area and enjoyed Bar Harbor and all parts of Acadia National Park.

We would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here in August of 06. The layout of the townhouse units is fine. It has kitchen and livingroom and a full bath with stackable washer dryer and plenty of closet space on the main floor. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with 3/4 bath. The shower stall is very small. The bed was as hard as a rock and luckily they offered an "egg crate foam pad" which made it more tolerable.

The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a half bath which is very convenient. There is a deck off of the livingroom that is not very appealing. We never even sat out there. We noticed a grill outside that was too far away to be useful.

The resort is set in the back of a professional office park which we thought was a little odd. The unit was in various stages of disrepair and has an overall feeling of "cheap" about it.

The jacuzzi tub that is in its own room with a skylight was inoperable. The sliding door to the deck was rotted, had a torn screen and needs replacement. They repaired enough so that it was at least operable.

It was easy to notice that the units were very poorly built. The carpets really need to be replaced as well as the livingroom furniture.

I was told that there are two older gentlemen who maintain the whole resort and it seems a bit much for them.

It was minimally landscaped and we certainly did not get a feeling of being in a vacation spot.

If our unit is an example of the rest of them, the townhouses really need to be renovated.

The staff was relatively pleasant but consistent or available information was lacking. Even though we inquired about internet service there, we found out the day before we left from one of the staff members that wireless connection was available.

The main building has an indoor pool and hot tub that were not very clean. The hot tub had broken jets. There is a ping pong table in the rec room and plenty of games and older movies.

We were disappointed with this resort and will not stay here again.
