Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

I own three units in this resort ! and its hard to beat! The annual fees are heavy but with all the new construction Exterior and interior it's easy to understand why. The entire Staff here is wonderful... extremely accommodating and The staff from the Ramona and staff at the front Desk and even the house keepers are so Friendly.

But this Resort has it all ... Plus if your intent is to Buy or Rent ! get ready for the best time of your life ! This resort is a block into the ocean or a short walk over bridge intracoastal to the galleria Mall .There are two New resturaunts Blue Martini and P.F. Changs both Fabulous. also, a food court in the mall great shopping! And several restaurants within the block of resort The bluefish is a fun sports bar and the pizza place on corner Primanti Brothers Pizza is to die for out of this world and great sandwiches with coleslaw and fri's on them. Lots of near by Brand new Publics Market in walking distance Great new Pool and sun deck with whirlpool and sauna.it just gets better If you like to Gamble coconut creek casino about 20 miles north of sample road Seminole casino and Hardrock casino are minutes away! also Para sailing on the Ocean ECT ECT ECT What a Place. Everglades Boats and rides avalible 15 min away and Fishing Boats everywere. The world Greatest Flea market and world famous Las Olas Blvd for shopping top of the world. Bill White Peabody Ma.

We traded for Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort about ten years ago and ended up purchasing a one bedroom unit before we went home. The location of the resort, being one block off the Atlantic Ocean, is nice because there are shops, restaurants and bars located on your walk to the beach. The views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal waterway are just about unreal …. they're so fantastic. You stand in the living room and think Wow !!

We love to watch the cruse ships/cargo ships going in/out of the Port of Ft Lauderdale which is about 3 miles away. We also enjoy watching all the yachts/boats go up and down the intercoastal which is a block away on the back side.

We recently retired and purchased 5 more units/weeks !! The location of this resort is excellent, the workers are very pleasant and helpful. The resort is not brand new but they do a very good job of keeping after it and the fees are reasonable considering where you are staying/located.

We are writing a review because we like reading reviews when we go places and there are not any current reviews on Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort. We are happy with the resort and want people to know that it is a very nice place.
