I have stayed at over 20 different timeshare resorts and this is the best of the best. Pictures on this site are not showing the latest updates but it is well stocked in the kitchen. Publix is across the street. I am in the process of buying a couple more weeks here.. I currently own (4) weeks.

bought there a couple years ago great place close to everything very quiet and relaxing

Just returned from a week there and it was wonderful. The resort was beautiful, easy access to everything: beach, stores, and the gulf. Had a second floor unit - very quiet and the view was georgeous. It was a little chilly but still warm enough to enjoy a walk on the beach. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would give this resort a 5 star rating and do hope to return again. Can't wait for next year - just hope the weather is a little bit warmer - wherever did global warming go this year?

Just returned .........I would give the resort a 5 stars for location and view. We had 3rd floor but all units are straight on gulf front. The beach is narrow at this section so you can easily see and hear the surf. Other sections of the island, the hotel/condo there are so far from the gulf edge that you can't see, smell or hear the water. 1 BR is large with updated furniture, tile floors. Kitchen nicely equipped, 2 TVs, VCR and rentals for $1 in office. Walking distance to Pubix supermarket. Get place.

Very quiet on beach location with average sized pool (heated) with gulf view. Step out of the pool & walk a few steps down to the beach! My unit on 3rd floor middle was roomy with great view. Roomy livingroom/dining room combo. Appeared to have new livingroom furniture & carpet w/beach decor. Ample galley kitchen. Three large double wide closets - 1 in bedroom & 2 in hall. New Publix grocery across street. Located mid-island on Ft Myers Beach - close to everything yet quiet enough to relax! Thomas Edison & Henry Ford winter homes a few miles north and Naples Zoo 20 miles south.

Very nice. all rooms overlook the beach and pool which is heated. The new grocery is right across the street. Very nice beach decor. Quiet tranquil pool to relax by. Kitchen up-dated with new cooking pots, pans. Just close to everthing, short walk to the pier. Very nice big screened in balcony. BBQ grills are convenient.

Fantastic view! Right on the beach. Close to several restaurants. It was an exceptional vacation!
