With no info provided regarding your particular listing, your question is certainly best answered directly by RedWeek personnel. I suggest that you use the "Contact Us" link found at the bottom of this page. If yours is a "full service" listing, that might explain the service fee you mention, but with no other information or any details of any substance provided here, I will not presume to speak or answer for RedWeek.
