Aside from the $99 fee to you, the renter pays an additional fee to Redweek, typically 10%, so a $3000 rental costs the person $3300. I have two units in Maui on Redweek this season, but opted to not use Verified and Protected. I tried to explain to would be renters how this saves them money, will see if the units rent well.
