I am VERY disappointed in the new fee scale! I'm also a long-time owner who has listed several prime properties with you; and have noticed a DRAMATIC decrease in the rental success of my properties. Someone in this thread questioned the effect on successful rentals after Redweek's success rate increase: dramatic drop EVEN when I lower the price significantly.

While I doubt you will really consider or react to their owner's unhappiness over this change, I would think Redweek should do so; do it quickly before the coming exodus; and do it (along with any future fee-based adjustments) PUBLICALLY to your owners.

I will also now be looking for an alternate company to replace Redweek's renting service. Thanks to the individual who mentioned MyResort Network; I'll start there.
