Are sucessful rentals Before March 2026 being honored with the $99 price, the contract agreeded to before March, but paid out after March check in? I do not think a graded "success fee" in unjustified , BUT it we were not notified; very , very poor business practice. The renter fees are too high and should be adjusted down obviously because I can see way too mant rental posting not successful. I too will look elsewhere.
