For those who have visited in 2022, how was it with the construction next door? Does the property feel "limited" (activities, pool, beach, dining)? Are non-motorized water activities included (kayaks, etc.)? We are considering renting in December 2022 (family of 4 with two college age kids). Debating between Frenchman's Cove and the Ritz.
