We are selling one of our timeshare programs, this is a 2000 annual point system program. You can use them to travel anywhere in and outside the US, the Condos are amazing that we have stayed in - NOT A HOTEL ROOM, your own condo options 1/2/3 BR with different resort/ocean/water views depending on points per night.
We have gotten a lot of use out of them. We just wanted to share the fun if anyone is looking ! Maintenance fees are already paid for 2024 so that's a bonus!!
The 5,000 is a one time sale price and then you just pay the yearly fees to maintain ownership/use.

Marriott Vacation Club
Marriott, a world-renowned hotelier, entered into the timeshare business in 1984. Through their timeshare division, called Marriott Vacation Club International, they have developed exquisite timeshare properties in the most sought-after destinations around the world. In 2010, Marriott introduced Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, a timeshare points system.
Marriott Vacation Club's resorts are often large and provide guests with the amenities of home - including one to three bedrooms, living and dining areas, master bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen, in-unit laundry facilities, and often private balconies.
Most Marriott owners have access to the Marriott Rewards program, which allows owners to trade their weeks in for points that can be used at other Marriott resorts and hotels, as well as other travel-related services.
