Rio Grande, Puerto Rico
Located on the grounds of the stunning Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, Margaritaville brings the laid-back, sun-soaked Jimmy Buffet experience to you! This lushly landscaped tropical escape is packed with dozens of amenities to keep you busy - or perhaps, keep you totally relaxed! Lounge in the poolside hammock and soak up the sun, sipping drinks from the tiki-styes 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar. Indulge in a massage or beauty treatment at the spa, or stay active with a game of golf of tennis, or just walking the resort's nature trails. A casino provides high-stakes fun, and ten restaurants ensure that no craving remains unsatisfied.
All of Margaritaville's studio, one and three-bedroom suites are decked out in bright, tropical colors that reflect the island spirit. Studios include a king bed, kitchenette, balcony and Wi-Fi access and will sleep two guests. One-bedrooms include the same features, in addition to a full kitchen, queen sleeper sofa and separate bedroom housing the king bed and are well-suited to up to four. Three-bedroom suites are the most spacious, offering all the same amenities provided by the one-bedroom but with room for up to ten guests - fantastic for large families or traveling with friends!
While you may not even want to leave the bit of paradise that is Margaritaville, the San Juan area is full of attractions and activities. The city of Old San Juan is perfect for sightseeing, exploring and shopping. Adventurous types will enjoy ziplining through the forest canopy, kayaking the Bioluminescent Bay and horseback riding through the lush rainforests.
