This unit is on the 7th floor overlooking the pool and ocean. The view is incredible from the balcony and you can also see the lagoon from the front door. It has all the amenities expected from a 5-star resort including concierge services, two pools, several restaurants, a mini-market in the resort, daily maid service, and free use of sailboats, snorkel, tennis, and golf equipment. You also get a free shuttle service between the Royal Resorts in Cancun. The unit boasts a partial kitchen and a balcony. The resort also has an incredible spa and full gym for your use. Amenities: There are 2 pools offering a full-service swim-up bar, 2 children's pools, a lap pool, water volleyball, and water aerobics. Other activities include Zumba, yoga, and pilates. Kids Club and babysitting are available on-site. The Sports Center offers tennis, sailing, golf, snorkeling, scuba diving, and equipment rentals. The full-service deluxe spa offers massages, facials, beauty treatments, a salon, a jacuzzi, and steam and sauna rooms. There is also a fitness center available on-site for a reasonable fee. The resort offers dining, a sports bar, a Starbucks coffee bar, and a small market for all your grocery needs. The Royal Sands is within walking distance to Kukulkan Mall for both dining and shopping. There is a full-service market in Kukulkan Mall. Nearby restaurants are outstanding including Harry's for Steak and Seafood. As my guest, you have the OPTION of all-inclusive meal and drink packages. This option can be arranged by contacting the resort directly. The all-inclusive is NOT mandatory, so you are also free to dine on your own, exploring the many restaurants Cancun has to offer.
