    Located in the hilltop setting of Waikoloa Village, Paniolo Greens is the perfect location from which to experience all the splendor of the Big Island! This quiet resort offers spacious accommodations decorated in a Hawaiian "Paniolo" (Hawaiian cowboy) theme, fabulous on-site amenities, panoramic vistas, and rolling ranch lands. Enjoy all the amenities available at this Hawaiian homestead, including a sparkling pool, tennis courts, horseshoes area and even Hula lessons and lei making classes!

    Paniolo Greens offers two-story, two-bedroom timeshare accommodations with an inviting, homey ambiance. Each unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area and TVs in every room. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on your large private lanai, or whip up your favorite breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. Units are also equipped with a washer and dryer, meaning no hauling dirty laundry back home!

    Don't let the black lava landscape of the Big Island deceive you - the Kohala coast is scattered with dozens of white sand beaches, all available to the public and perfect for swimming, sunning or any number of water sports. Also close by are the renowned Kona coffee orchards, spectacular hiking, horseback riding and deep-sea fishing.
