Grand Beach features one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom timeshare villas complete with all the comforts of home, like a full kitchen, living area, dining area, screened-in porch or balcony, in-villa laundry and jetted whirlpool bathtub. One-bedroom villas sleep four and offer a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom villas sleep six and offer king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Grand Beach is only one mile from the Walt Disney World resort, and minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Other nearby attractions include Discovery Cove, Gatorland, Wet 'n Wild Water Park and shopping ranging from upscale boutiques to several outlet malls for the ultimate adventure in bargain hunting. Of course, Orlando's outdoor scene isn't to be underestimated either - the golf is a popular enough to draw in enthusiasts from around the world, and is home to the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
