this is a beautiful, quiet section of Myrtle Beach. this resort says that it is a walkup.

well, the third floor is actually 4 flights up; with groceries and luggage it is quite a feat to do . we found ourselves planning when we would leave the condo.

the furnishings need updating. the couch was so uncomfortable it was difficult to find a good seat on it.

the beach here is beautiful, the pool lovely and it is cleaned mid-week.

all in all ,we had a good time. found some new good restaurants (The Bonefish Grill, near this condo and The Gulfstream Cafe in Garden City) that serve not the usual seafood fare.

I own one week at this resort and am in the process of buying a second week. It is directly on the beach and has a real residential and family atmosphere. It has 12 units and seems more like an apartment than a timeshare. South of the building the shore is free of any development for about 2/10 of a mile. To the north there is one Inn and then residences. It's truly lovely. The units are not overly large, have a queen size bed in one room, two twins in the other and a sofabed. The units were refurbished and remodeled a year ago. I give it four stars rather than 5 because it is not luxurious and other than pool and laundry at ground level it does not have any amenities. That's fine by us! All the owners that I know (those who share the same summer week) are very pleased with this resort.
