  Awesome resort at a great location. There is a lovely beach with chairs and umbrellas. Many amenities include swimming pools, tennis courts, convenience store, spa, restaurants on property plus many more eateries within walking distance. Villa unit is beautifully decorated. The extra large patio is great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The island has friendly people and 36 beautiful beaches.

  The Villas have been restored to the pre Irma beautiful resort it was. View of bay/ocean is wonderful. The suites are well appointed with living room that contains 2 Murphy beds if needed for more sleeping space. Master bedroom, kitchen and dining area are all done up well. Short walk to restaurants, pools and marina activities

  Great location. The resort grounds are no pleasing to the eye. Some security issues to note. Walking up hills can be a challenge for anyone with issues walking. The villas are much nicer than the older resort area. Enough parking and stores/restaurants on property. I would def stay there again. The rooms were renovated nicely however the lighting is living room was extremely dark. Second bathroom light bulbs were so dim we all crammed into one bathroom to get ready aside from showering/toilet. The concierge was great Diego and Kalif were fantastic and assisted with many excursions. solid 3 star resort

  The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort / formerly the Pelican Marina Residences: Great views, convenient to many restaurants and activities, and the accommodations are lovely. Having the "Lockout" unit makes these condos very comfortable for two couples or family usage.
