The Charter Club of Marco Beach is one of the most amazing resorts for families. The units are constantly updated and modernized, and the ocean front views are spectacular. In addition, with only 80 units on a large ocean front property, the resort is never crowded. I love the free water sports (sailing, kayaking, paddle boards), kids activities, barbeque grill, lunch on Wednesdays. Many of the families have been going to the resort for many years, and there is a great sense of community. The amenities are terrific - cushioned tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, bikes, gym, ping pong, horse shoes, volleyball, and more. My kids always meet new kids, and the resort is ultra safe for kids to be kids. Highly recommend!

I own 4 timeshares on Marco Island. Two of them are here and we use one of these every year. Rooms are in great condition, and very spacious. This unit is on the third floor overlooking the pool with an incredible view of the ocean! The granite counter tops in the kitchen are very nice. The outside of the building has been painted a nice mellow yellow.

What sets this resort above others is the great kids activities, there was more than enough for them to do, My daughter seemed more entertained here than at others on Marco where I have stayed. Volleyball on the beach, kayaks and hobie cats, art projects, treasure hunts and more. I liked the towel and linen exchange service. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I would definately stay here again, location location location, literally across the street from movie theater and restaurants and some fantastic shops!

This is a great resort and we look forward all year to returning in Early December before Christmas. The weather is just outstanding and the local population is amazingly low. Can’t go wrong with the best weather and no crowds anywhere. Love also that the “NO COST “ water sports equipment (non motorized) Bottom line “ Can’t wait to get there - can wait to return to the Charter Club “. We look at it as our Christmas Gift to Ourselves.
