  • Park Plaza at Beaver Creek

    Beaver Creek, Colorado

Park Plaza at Beaver Creek lies in the beautiful ski mecca of the Vail Valley, just a short distance away from the famed Beaver Creek resort and village. Park Plaza offers guests amenities designed to their stay, including an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool hot tub, steam room, sauna, complimentary breakfast in the lobby, 24-hour concierge services and free parking. Park Plaza has partnered with Hyatt to offer guests access to the exclusive Allegria Spa.

Two and three-bedroom suites in several configurations ensure plenty of room for even the largest of groups. Suites are decked out with features like wood- burning fireplaces, daily maid service, flatscreen TVs, fully appointed kitchens, in-suite washer and dryer and Wi-Fi access. Two-bedrooms offer enough space for six or eight guests (dependent on den configuration) while all three-bedrooms provide accommodations for eight.

Be it summer or winter, Beaver Creek is a haven for nature lovers. With the winter comes some of the county's most beloved slopes, the courses suitable from novices to seasoned skiers and everyone in between. Dogsledding, ice-skating and even sleigh rides can even be enjoyed when the snow has fallen. Warm weather opens up a whole slew of other past-times, such as kayaking, hiking, golfing, fishing and hot air balloon rides. The village of Beaver Creek itself is also packed with fine-dining establishments, myriad art galleries and high-end boutiques.

A beautiful resort in an amazing location! The condos are large and well appointed. The resort has a completely remodeled lobby, swimming pool, and added a beautiful outdoor hot tub and mountain view patio. The resort is located right in the village close to all activities, restaurants and shops.

Great resort in Beaver Creek, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a 5th floor room looking right over the ice rink. The continental breakfast every morning is a nice touch, eggs and sausage on Tuesday. Given that this is more of a fractional than a traditional timeshare, I found the kitchen stocked with interesting things, like plastic containers for leftovers, a gridle, muffin tin and a crockpot.

We've stayed at Park Plaza in both the summer and winter; it's wonderful! The location is incredible and the amenities offered are great-daily maid service, ski lockers, and free breakfast. You are truly just steps away from the main lift, childcare and ski school. The units are well kept and spacious enough for our family to spread out and relax for a week. It's a great value for Beaver Creek.

just returned from a week at the park plaza. (feb11th-17th 2007). could not have been more pleased, even giddy. the quality of the units are top notch. brand new plush carpet, granite countertops, high end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, heavy wood doors to all the rooms (nice sound barriers). we stayed in a 2 bedrrom unit on the top floor. our balcony overlooked the ice skating rink and we enjoyed watching the ice skating exhibitions and listening to the live music throughout the afternoons. the services at park plaza are above your typical timeshare property. from the fresh ground coffee in your unit, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, sponges, sos pads, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash, etc. to the GREAT daily maid service. they serve a continental breakfast in the lobby daily and add scrambled eggs and sausage on tuesdays. park plaza has their own heated underground parking and heated and carpeted huge ski lockers located steps away from the escalators that take you to the main lift. the people that run the front desk are just wonderful. the only complaint i could even comment on, is the free wireless internet service is location dependent along with your cell phones. the connections would come and go. this is definately a 5 star facility and we have been alot of places. It reminded us a little of the four seasons in scottsdale without the pretense. just loved our time here.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Beaver Creek. The best summer vacation we have taken (with the kids anyway).

Summer ice skating, hiking, riding lift to top, river rafting, etc. Villar Art's Center is next door (check schedule before you come). Facilities are great (love the two person jacuzzi in master!). Free breakfast and daily maid service were a treat too.
