Love this resort, very family oriented, we can take our own food and BBQ in the patio area, play games, have fun in the pool and if we want a break we can go out and eat at the Riviera or at the local restaurants nearby. Its a lovely city and beach to visit. Walking distance to the beach and that's the best thing to do so you don't have to pay for additional parking, the hut there has drinks and ice cream for the kiddos.

We visited as an RCI trade and later bought on Ebay because the maintenance fee and location are great, even if it isn't deluxe. The property is well maintained, and the surfing nearby is fantastic. It's one of the original timeshares of California and is always full in the summer when the weather is nearly perfect.

Beautiful and close to everything but yet only a nine minute walk to the beach. You were basically right there. Great restaurants everywhere and great locations to San Diego and going north and everything in between. Enjoy I own this Timeshare and I’ve never been disappointed.

Great for beach walks (10 min walk to ocean) and for golf ( 5 min drive) . Also close to Trestles beach, a popular surfing area. In addition, location is only 10 minute drive to Ave Del Mar , main street for the local restaurants.

The beach is great, the Pool & Jacuzzi are awesome and definitely a place to enjoy the sun and fun activities. July is the best weather too! When not enjoying the "SC Inn Facilities," downtown San Clemente is such an exciting place filled with great restaurants, unique shops and Boutiques. A Great Location to Stay & Enjoy.

An interesting resort, but it doesn’t have elevators to many of the sections of the resort. They will help you with your luggage, but getting in and out required lots of stairs. Very few rooms are accessible without stairs, and those don’t have much of a view.

This is now a Grand Pacific property. There are activities like margarita night, wine and cheese social and more. They have live music by the pool some days. The resort is a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Dana Point Harbor. There's a beautiful courtyard with a pool, two spas, a kids play area, shuffleboard, miniature golf and more. They have a tennis court, a play court for pickleball and/or volleyball. It borders a state park where you can take walks. Activities are plentiful and inexpensive. Complimentary video rental at the front desk, internet service and a game/recreation area make this a fun family resort. Some rooms have ocean views, and there are others that have no view at all. It's wise to get there early the day of check-in to get a decent room. It’s like a lottery… they’ll call names at 1:00. If you’re present, you can check in early and choose your room. All the rooms are good quality, but some have better views or better proximity to amenities. There's a restaurant on the premisis, and they've refurbished the units with new furniture and nice decor. It's an incredibly fun and comfortable place to be! Great for families!

Great location, friendly staff, fun game room, nice pool and Jacuzzi's. Loved shopping at all the thrift store on El Camino Real, shopping at the Outlets in San Clemente, walking on the Pier, and eating at all the local restaurants. Felt very safe and appreciated the cleanliness of this city.
