As said in the real estate market, "location, location, location!" The McAlpin is truely a prime location! Having a platinum deed is great because the owners at this location can book 9-12 months ahead of all other Hilton Grand Vacation owners that are not McAlpin deed holders, which is a huge advantage to be able to book any of the platinum high season weeks(Jan.1 - April22) (June 10 - Aug 19)(Dec.23 - 30)!!

This resort is on Ocean Drive with a park, beach and ocean across the street.. All 1 bedroom units have a similar floor plan with neighboring art deco buildings next door. Very enjoyable is having a cup of coffee in the morning on the front deck of the resort or a cocktail in the evening. The beach, sidewalk cafes and ample walkways bordering the ocean are nearby. Neighboring hotels charge close to $600 per night for a room for 2.

Perfect location with park and beach across the street from resort. Walk to everything! The SOBE Wine and Food Festival is a great event.

We had a wonderful time there with our 1 year old. The resort is clean and renovated. The staff is excellent! The location is South Beach Miami walk to the beautiful beach. We loved it.

Great location steps from south beach. Great view of the street and park in front of the beach. Great for people watching on south beach. Steps from great restaurants, famous pool parties and all the action of South Beach.

We have been at the resort for several years and every year gets better! The location is perfect in the heart of the Art Deco district on South Beach with front view and access to the beach, at walking distance of several restaurants and clubs, the rooms are recently renovated, and they came beautifully. Great place for romantic or family vacation or have a fantastic time with friends.

This is a wonderful small resort in the heart of South Beach. Conveniently located directly across the street from the beach with only a small park between you and the Atlantic Ocean this resort gives you a quiet retreat from the action and energy of South Beach while being only a short walk from popular restaurants and lively night spots. The villas are nicely furnished and of typical Hilton high quality. The service of the staff is almost beyond compare as they go the extra distance to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The full kitchen gives you an opportunity to avoid a few dining bills if you choose and the rooftop jacuzzi is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day on the beach.

I just retruned from HGVC South Beach at the end of september. WOW!!! The units have just been upgraded with new flat screen TV's in the living room and bed room, new furniture, appliances, counters, carpeting and repainted. Virtually everything but the bath tub is new and really nice. The beach is just across the street and it is a fabulous beach. Restaurants and shopping were only steps away. This is really a geat property for adults who love the beach.

My sister and I (34 and 39 y.o.) just stayed at this resort. LOVED IT. Very quiet, daytime naps a must, but 1 block away from crazy Ocean. We loved it. Free washer/dryer downstairs. Jacuzzi clean and hot. WONDERFUL location and staff. Across the street from Starbucks. A "must- purchase". 1bd/1ba perfect for 2 people. Would have been somewhat cramped for more than 3. We like to spread out. Design team used the space wisely but not a big place. Great timeshare though. Free clean beachtowels, etc.
