At the base of the Beaver Creek ski area, Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista places the best of the Colorado Rockies within a ski’s length. Of course, there's plenty of ways to stay busy at the resort as well! Guests are invited to take advantage of Avon Recreation Center's (located right across the street!) fantastic pool complex, featuring a 25-yard lap pool, lazy river, 140-foot water slide, aquaclimb climbing wall, diving well and a separate zero-entry pool for kids complete with fountains. The state-of-the-art fitness center offers both cardio and weight equipment, as well as scheduled fitness classes when the urge to work out strikes. After a day of enjoying all the resort has to offer or exploring the area, unwinding in the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi is sure to ease your tired muscles.
Your retreat at Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas is a stylish two-bedroom villa that's perfectly suited for up to eight. Each spacious villa offers private balconies or patios with gas grills, cozy gas fireplaces in both the living area and master bedroom, and even two-person whirlpool bathtubs. Convenient features such as a fully equipped kitchen, separate den with workstation, flat-panel TVs, DVD players, a Bose AM/FM Wave radio and a washer and dryer also complement your mountain stay, making every moment of downtime almost an indulgence!

  We stayed at the Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas in Avon, CO during New Year’s Week and had an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious, family-friendly, and perfectly located mountain getaway—this is it.
  The villa itself was spacious, warm, and beautifully maintained. With over 1,400 square feet, we never felt crowded, even with a full group. The two king bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite with a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace felt like a private spa retreat. The den with a door and an extra sleeper sofa gave us flexibility for additional guests or workspace. Everything was impeccably clean and well-stocked.
  We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals and enjoy family dinners. The washer and dryer in the unit were a huge bonus during our ski trip, and the balcony with a gas grill made for some great après-ski moments. Both gas fireplaces added the perfect cozy touch after long days on the slopes.
  Location-wise, you can’t beat it. Beaver Creek Resort is just minutes away, and Vail is a quick 15-minute drive or a free bus ride from nearby Avon Station. Ski access was easy, and having ski lockers and covered parking made things even smoother.
  One of the best surprises was the Avon Recreation Center right across the street—free access included with our stay! Our kids loved the water slide and lazy river, while we took advantage of the fitness center, steam room, and hot tub to unwind. It’s an outstanding facility that really sets this property apart.
  From the warm welcome by the front desk staff to the unbeatable location and thoughtful in-room amenities, this was easily one of the best ski vacations we've ever had. The resort has a calm, residential feel while still offering access to world-class skiing, dining, and winter festivities.
  I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again for future winter holidays. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone wanting the best of the Vail Valley with all the comforts of home—and then some!

The Avon rec center is a full service gym and has indoor pools with slides as well as fitness classes that are all included in your weekly exchange.

The views of the mountains were amazing and made it so easy to get started in the mornings. The kids loved the indoor water park with the lazy river and water slide. Indoor parking was a bonus!
