This timeshare in Waitsfield, Vermont has been the backdrop for some of our family’s most cherished memories over the years. The stand-alone unit offers both comfort and privacy, easily sleeping eight with two private bedrooms (master-king, 2nd bedroom-2 twins) and 2 pull-out sofas. It’s equipped with a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, two-car garage and even a master bathroom sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Beyond the unit itself, the resort amenities—including a pool, tennis court, racquetball court, and clubhouse—add to the experience and make it feel like a true getaway.

What really makes this place special is its setting. Waitsfield is full of charm, with quaint shops, boutiques, and galleries to explore. The surrounding area offers scenic back roads, covered bridges, peaceful fishing streams, and stunning panoramic views of the Green Mountains.

Year after year, this has been a place where our family reconnects, relaxes, and creates lasting memories. It’s more than just a vacation spot—it feels like a home away from home.

Most people have bad feelings about timeshares. We bought ours in 1985 and have been totally happy with it. It was a great place for family vacations and teaching the children to ski. The seventeen units are stand alone Swedish built homes and are beautiful. Each unit includes its own sauna. The small community is convenient to all of Sugarbush as well as Mad River Glen. Community property includes a pool and workout area. It is truly a year-round location. The units are extremely well maintained and the management team is very accommodating. We’re only selling because our children have moved to Denver and we mostly ski there now. For anyone looking for two units in the same week, we have another week 4 that we can also offer you.
