Your property Primary Bedroom Suite has 1 King Bed, 1 full Bath. Total sleeping area for 4 people. The Living Room is light and bright with a Sofa Bed can sleep 2. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware and utensils, coffee maker with spices, salt, pepper, oil, or any other food or drink items. Full kitchen includes Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer and Dining Area. Units may have either a patio or balcony, we do not guarantee. Furniture as you see on the internet that may look different from other Websites or Social Media. Renter to verify and satisfy themselves on any social events that they may be interested in prior to accepting an offer on this property. Owner suggests Renter to purchase Travel Insurance.

Other things to note HOW DOES THE BOOKING AND CHECK-IN PROCESS WORK? Once your booking is confirmed and paid for on Redweek, I will put the reservation in your name and provide you with a confirmation number that you can use to check-in directly at the resort with your ID and credit card for incidentals.

Guest access This is an ownership resort and guests will check in at reception with valid photo ID. This resort is operated by Marriott Vacation Club. There are no mandatory resort fees for parking. You will receive your villa keys along with parking pass for the duration of your stay. You will receive the weekly entertainment activities schedule, and resort operating hours. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful. You are responsible for any incidentals and extra resort fees charged directly by the resort. Guests are responsible for abiding by the resort rules and regulations. Primary Guests MUST be at least 21 years of age to check into the resort. Valid government issued identification and credit card is required to check into the resort.

If you dont charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0.

*Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, a refundable security deposit will be collected at time of check-in and placed on the guest’s credit card. If the resort is not aware of any damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guest’s stay, the security deposit will be released.
