Other things to note HOW DOES THE BOOKING AND CHECK-IN PROCESS WORK? Once your booking is confirmed and paid for on Redweek, I will put the reservation in your name and provide you with a confirmation number that you can use to check-in directly at the resort with your ID and credit card for incidentals.

Guest access This is an ownership resort and guests will check in at reception with valid photo ID. This resort is operated by Marriott Vacation Club. There are no mandatory resort fees except for Parking. You will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. You are responsible for any incidentals and extra resort fees charged directly by the resort. Guests are responsible for abiding by the resort rules and regulations. Primary Guests MUST be at least 21 years of age to check into the resort. Valid government issued Identification and credit card is required to check into the resort.

If you dont charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0.

• Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, a refundable security deposit will be collected at time of the check-in and placed on the guest card at time of the booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, the resort will collect a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in at the front desk should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests’ stay.
