Beautiful location. Great views. Great restaurant options. BUT pool is too cold!!!!

Interior furniture a little on the cheap side.

Views are amazing though so worth coming - just expect too cold pool and lower end furniture.

Nice to be able to walk to the beach so easily and walk over to the much higher end ONE hotel right next door for a drink or a meal.

This is an incredibly authentic old Hawaii feel Resort. The staff is kind and personable and over the top with accommodating all of your needs. Accommodations include Tennis courts with a Tennis pro on site, Pickle Ball Courts, a well equipped gym, a sand bottom Jacuzzi, a sand bottom kiddie pool, a large adult pool with palapas and a swim up bar. There is a second pool on the property that has its on covered food prep area complete with barbecues and close by restrooms with showers. Happy talk Bar is delightful and situated on the resort location with live music at night a situated to view the sunset every evening over Bali high. The staff will drive you all over the resort area and even down to the beach that is shared by the One hotel. There are great places to walk and on the beach there are rentals for kayaking paddle boarding towels chairs snorkeling gear. You can kayak right over to Black Pot Beach or swim across. This is a fabulous location and a dreamy place to enjoy authentic Kaua’i on a very intimate setting adorned with lush vegetation, lava rock and waterfalls and gorgeous ocean views, Rainbows and Mountains nearly everywhere you turn!

This time frame is in the Whale watching season. The 1B/4 is in the most desired building because it overlooks Hanalei Bay and Bali High for sunsets. The check in fee is $25 and the state collects $17 a day.

Can't say enough about Hanalei Bay Resort. It has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation! The tennis courts (you can even take lessons from Mary), the pickleball courts, the large pool, hot tub, onsite restaurant, beaches...you never need to leave! The staff is extremely helpful, the unit is immaculate and the view...well the view is something out of a fairytale!

Excellent location, lovely amenities, restaurant on site, lush landscaping, close to Hanalei town, walk to beach, warm and friendly staff, a wonderful place to enjoy with family and friends to make memories.

Incredible place to stay. Pools are amazing, location is excellent, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and you can walk down to the beach.

Hanalei Bay is absolutely stunning. The golden sand, calm blue water, and dramatic green mountains create a peaceful, postcard-perfect setting. It's a beautiful relaxing place to vacation and is one of my favorite spots to vacation.. The resort features great swimming pools, convenient pickleball courts, and an excellent restaurant, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and activities all in one place.

I've been an owner for more than 20 years. We have hosted family and friends for so many different celebrations. My husband and I celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary here. We love the location, the staff, the amazing views, the quiet resort and all of it's amenities. It is first class in hospitality. I love the beautiful grounds.

We love Hanalei Bay. The resort's magnificent views of the bay, surrounding mountains, and lush, well-maintained gardens. The sunsets are majestic. Swimming with the turtles at the bay around sunset was amazing. Suites are spacious with a wonderful kitchen. On-site amenities are the swimming pools, tennis courts, bar and restaurant. Sharing the beach with the luxury 1 Hotel Hanalei. Beautiful grounds and restaurants in walking distance. Golf is in walking distance as well.

Beautiful ocean view Nice beach almost private. Super market is nearby. Hanalei town got many restaurants. Golfers heaven.

Hanalei Bay Resort is truly magical and unique, with one of the best pools and waterfall... not to mention the most breathtaking sunsets and views of "Bali Hai" in Hanalei Bay. The Happy Talk Bar is one of our favorites for great drinks, food, and live music. The units are spacious, comfortable and the private patio is always the best place to have morning coffee or sunset Mai Tais. It's easy not to leave the resort at all during your stay because it's THAT wonderful and relaxing!

We come here every year and never tire of this beautiful view of the ocean and rainbows. It is the most beautiful view of Hanalei Bay on Kauai and it so peaceful and serene. There are beautiful walks, golf courses, tennis courts and now pickleball courts right there and so many things to do. This place will delight everyone!
