Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana

This was the first all inclusive my wife and I stayed at that we truly loved. Much better food than we had experienced at other resorts. Many pools! Great actual real nightclub, and casino. Great staff.

Absolutely beautiful resort, with gorgeous beaches. Rooms that make you feel like a rock star! So much to do from, golf to shopping, spa, casino, nightclub and so much more My favourite resort to bring the kids for family fun or escape just the 2 of us for a romantic getaway

This resort is like a small city. Everything you want and need, no reason to leave. Water park, endless pools, ocean front, wide food selection. Best resort experience thus far.

I am adding another review as we just returned from a week at the HR RM and then 2 weeks here in PC and I must say both resorts have gone the extra mile to be COVID safe. RM was awesome and I will go back and I will leave a review over there but I wanted to just echo everything I said in my last review about HR PC and applaud the company for it's Covid protocols. Samuel our butler was great and it is so nice to come back and see all of the familiar faces from our visit here 2 years ago. There is a lot of renovation and updates going on at the resort. It is as if they are taking advantage of the fewer people traveling and they are updating every single room. We went on a sales presentation this time to see if we would want to become owners. The deals seem good but to get into the highest level like our Hall of Fame guy,.. well it was way out of our budget so for us it is just best to continue to rent from him and enjoy his benefits. He has so many perks and everyone at the resort knows him he is one of their top members so it is nice to let them know we are renting from him. Well I am going to go write a review for HR RM now but I wanted to update this review with another fabulous visit to the HR PC. We cannot wait to see the waterpark when it is finished we saw the plans and pictures it is going to be amazing. Plus there are plans for 2 more resorts next door and lot of member upgrades here that we will get to enjoy through our members membership on our next visit which I hope is very soon. They showed us the pictures of the new plans for additions to the resort and we met some members at the Tiki bar had just returned from UNICO and they said it is their favorite and they have been to every HR that there so that is on our list now That sounded like another trip for just the adults in our near future.

We just got back from a fabulous vacation. We were a little nervous at first about some of the things reported in Punta Cana but we experience the complete opposite. We had a large party. We stayed in a Presidential suite overlooking a huge pool and lagoon there is water everywhere at this resort. One of our friends stayed in a family suite which was almost just like the Presidential suite minus the second bedroom it is like they converted the living room of a Presidential to a second bedroom it was huge and I think next time we may opt for that it was a bit less expensive. The balconies in both the Presidential and the family suite were gigantic with awesome views. We were in building 5 and our other friends were in a one bedroom. The beach, the pools, restaurants and the member only sections were awesome. We rented from a Platinum Hall of Fame member who has access to all room types and I must say the money we saved and the benefits that come with his membership were awesome. One of our friends who rented the one bedroom did not go through a member and they were very disappointed and did not have access to the member only pools, private section of the beach, the premium Tiki bar on the members beach which is a great place to hang out it is for members and their guest only and Fernando is probably the best bartender I have ever met. Everyone at this resort was all about service and enhancing your vacation. We will definitely go back and we will rent from the member. He was so helpful, answered all of our question and we had full access to his personal concierge who booked our transfers, assigned us a dedicated vacation planner , Rosa who was also awesome. We pre-booked a few spa treatments and excursions and she was so helpful. The Presidential suite comes with a Personal assistant and Samuel, our personal assistant, truly made our vacation a vacation to remember. He had our beach and pool chairs reserved for us everyday, booked our dinner reservation and so much more.

Our friend did not have that service and they had difficulty or rather time consuming booking their activities. Plus when booking through a member you get premium room location we were on the 3rd floor with amazing views right in the middle of the resort. The resort is huge, the casino is huge and the Health club well it is better than my gym at home. They have everything a spin room, three aerobic rooms and every single weights machine and free weights that you can imagine. My husband and his brother were in the gym every morning. My favorite restaurants were Xen, Ciao and Toro. Our night at Toro was better than Grill 23 in Boston I am not kidding. There is so much more I could say but we had a wonderful experience and the price for what all comes with is unbelievable. We went to Beaches in Turks and Caicos 2 years ago paid twice as much and we enjoyed the Hard Rock a hundred times more. We are off to Hard Rock Riviera Maya for thanksgiving and have had our Hall of Fame guy, Dave, has already book it for us. It is so easy and a care free vacation.
