Whether you seek excitement or utter relaxation, Coral Reef Beach Resort offers a vacation getaway that's as excited or laid-back as you choose to make it. This oceanfront resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico at St. Petersburg Beach and features a 360,000 gallon freeform, outdoor swimming pool. Additional amenities include a second outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, shuffleboard and laundry service. And, of course, prime beachfront access!
Coral Reef Beach Resort offers neatly decorated and well-maintained units in both one-bedroom and two- bedroom configurations, capable of sleeping up to four and six, respectively. Each features a full kitchen, living room, balcony and air-conditioning. Bedrooms include a king size bed, while the living room comes equipped with a queen size pull-out sofa.
With St. Petersburg and Tampa just a quick drive away, there are endless opportunities to take in all the area's excitement. Among the area attractions are the Salvador Dali Museum, the Museum of Science, the Florida Aquarium and the Florida International Museum. In addition, Busch Gardens is a 45-minute drive away, and Walt Disney World is within a two-hour drive. Play volleyball and miniature golf within one mile of the resort, while golf is only three miles away and tennis is nearby.

  We have been coming to Coral Reef for over 20 years and love the beach front access, fantastic pool larger than most around, family friendly atmosphere, and fantastic service of the office staff. Daily morning walks just steps from our front door! Beautiful sunsets! Sometimes dolphins can be seen from our 6th floor!

  Our home away from home for the more than 20 years. It's a hidden gem on the beach - best value for the money. Full service kitchen, right on the sandy beach, lots of amenity right around the property - and you can't beat the sunset view every night. We love the relax and homey vibe.

  We just got back from a week there during Easter break. We visited this place a year ago while in the area to check it out for this years stay. We tried to get a trade through RCI and no go. We rented from an owner and was not disappointed in the least! We went with the intentions that if all is well with the stay, we would buy a timeshare week. Suffice it to say we bought a week and are ready to go back next year. Sooner, if possible! Rooms were very clean, and recently updated although a little smaller (the 1BRs) than we are accustomed to.
  I sat in on the weekly owners meeting and was very satisfied with the direction this facility is headed in! The people that are regulars there are extremely friendly and that makes a big difference to me! We actually are considering buying a second week here! EDIT: we finally did buy a second week!

  This is the best deal on St. Pete's Beach. The rooms are larger and more updated than any of the nearby hotels that rent out for much more money. The removal of the old motel in early 2015, room renovations, new parking lot and pool renovations have really added to this property. We have been going to the Coral Reef for many years and enjoy it immensely. The people are great and location perfect; on the beach with many beach and off beach restaurants and bars within walking distance. While not a luxury resort its far better than most in the area.
