My family and I have enjoyed going to Marriott's Newport Coast Villas for over 15 years. The breathtaking views, the refreshing swimming pools, ping pong, billiards, oversized chess boards, workout facilities, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts make this resort very family friendly with so much to do!! The Fourth of July is the most fun, with arts and crafts near the main pool, hot dogs and hamburgers, and some very cool activities throughout the day. Check out the Activity Center for some really cool things to do with the family, including videos, books and board games. You can check out umbrellas for a small daily fee for the beach and shuttle to Crystal Cove Beach. You don't have to leave the resort to watch the Fireworks display. You can see these from pretty much anywhere in the resort. One year, we saw Laguna's, Newport's and Huntington Beach's fireworks from our balcony all at once! You can take Marriott's shuttle to Fashion Island and Crystal Cove (as previously mentioned). This is a perfect vacation villa that accomodates up to 8 people. No pets allowed.

Convenient access to tony Newport Beach restaurants and shopping, the beautiful beaches of So Cal's Gold Coast and only a half hour drive to Disneyland. We've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

We have stayed at the Marriott's Newport Coast Villas many times and have always enjoyed our stay. There are several large pools including one for young families and one "quiet" pool for those not wanting the noise. There are no lock-offs so everyone gets a full kitchen with dishes and pans. There are two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a shower. The second bath shares the bathroom with the living room and has a shower/tub combo. The living room and both bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV. There is an in-unit washer/dryer set and an ironing board. We expect to return again and again. Maybe we will see you there!

My family has stayed at Newport Coast Resort for the last 8 years and have never been disappointed. The activities offered and the location is ideal for Southern California fun! The ocean is walking distance and sometimes we get a beautiful ocean view. This luxury at its finest.

This resort is our favorite due to its location, the very friendly service & amenities. There are great restaurants nearby & of course, The OCEAN!

We have stayed in this resort at least once a year every year for the past fifteen years. We have never had a bad experience. They keep the property updated and clean. We love it there! We are sad that we have a conflict this October but will be back there in January.

This place is immaculate. It's in the best neighborhood in SoCal, across the street from Pelican Hill Golf Links and the beach. Laguna Beach with all it's shops and restaurants is down the hill, everything on the Newport peninsula is up the hill. This property is so well taken care of, the pool is amazing with tons of seating and space, there's a great gym on property, the staff is so helpful. We live for coming here every year. 10/10 recommend.

The Marriott’s Newport Coast resort is an exceptional property in Southern California. The resort property is beautifully maintained and the pools are incredible. Many of the villas have been recently renovated bringing new life to the resort

Marriott's Newport Coast Villas are the best quick getaway! They are spacious, clean, easy to get to, beds are super comfortable and even the pull out couches are thick foam mattresses, so you don't feel that awful bar in your back! Always been top notch when we've stayed there.

This is our home away from home! We absolutely love Newport Coast Villas! The rooms are perfect for 8 adults. The kitchen and grills outside make meal times a lot of fun. If you want to eat out, there are tons of restaurants nearby. Multiple beaches to choose from and so many activities to do both at the resort and nearby.

Beautiful location for families or couples that enjoy the wonderful Southern California scenery and activities. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units are fully outfitted to meet your needs.

Great views, ideal location to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Corona Del Mar beaches, restaurants, and quaint downtown areas. Also, just minutes from popular Fashion Island! A true 5 star experience

A wonderful property in one of the nicest places you can visit, the coastline is simply amazing, kids or no kids, Newport Beach is the Best......... Wish we could live there but since we cant we have enjoyed our many years of visiting!!! FANTASTIC TIME SHARE!!!!!!!

Newport Coast Villas is an exceptional resort! The grounds are pristine and tranquil. Villas are well appointed and spacious. The associates are friendly and helpful. Enjoyable activities are available for kids and adults daily. The Marketplace sells coffee, grab and go food, and sundries and gifts. La Vista Grill is poolside and offers delicious food and amazing cocktails. Location, Location, Location! You can't ask for a better resort location. The lovely and historical Crystal Cove Beach is within walking distance or you can catch a free shuttle right from the property. Beautiful Laguna Beach is closeby and boasts a multitude of art galleries, shops and amazing restaurants. You will love your stay at this remarkable resort. Enjoy!
