We love going to the Marriott Newport Coast Villas, it's so quite and lovely to sit on the deck and read or just relax. We have owned for over 20 years and always have a great time here with the pool and the live music. You are close to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach and Corona Del Mar. Restaurants are fantastic and there are a variety of restaurant types. The finest high end stores are a short distance away. Come play in the sunshine and awesome weather Newport has to offer.

The villas are stunning they are newly renovated, great ocean views and great space for any size of family. Amazing location, access to the most beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Amazing resort amenities for the whole family whether you’re visiting with kids or just adults.

So close Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, plus the delightful walk to Crystal Cove State Park and beach just below the resort. Marriott's service ethic is top notch here. The resort is in a constant state of room renovations, and the kitchens are finally on the remodel list - a charming and excellent improvement; you will know if you get an older one. Bring your own comforter for the Sofa...cozy then.

We have stayed at Newport Coast Villas many times and love it. They are family oriented - our grandkids have fun in and out of the pools. The jacuzzies are a great way to meet people from around the world. We have eaten in lots of good restaurants in the area, but now we prefer to cook most of our food in our unit. That being said, the pool side restaurant is excellent - food is great and it gives cooks a break. Can't think of anything negative about this place. Hope you enjoy it too!

Fantastic. Only downside is it's not right on the beach. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, or take the free shuttle.

Absolutely stunning resort! Conveniently located near Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach,Crystal Cove and so much more. Gorgeous grounds and views of the Pacific Ocean abound throughout this top of the line resort. You won't want to leave, that's for sure. It's truly beautiful!

We absolutely love Marriott's Newport Coast Villas! It has a beautiful view of the ocean, so many fun things to do nearby, beautiful pools, and great restaurants nearby! We have been going there every year for about 15 years!

This place is truly a gem—and an excellent value compared to other accommodations in Newport Beach. The villas are spacious and ideal for families, with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home the entire time. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, which made the experience even better. I only wish we had stayed longer to take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely a 10/10—would absolutely return and highly recommend!

I especially enjoy this location in the fall. The weather is just perfect - warm, sunny days with very little overcast like you can get in the summer. The location is amazing; so close to Laguna Beaches, Corona del Mar beaches and, of course, Crystal Cove beach. Disneyland is less than a half hour away, too!

Celebrate the Summer with an extended Labor Day Vacation. Crowds are down and weather is great. Ocean views are stunning! Staff is accommodating and friendly while facilities are top notch. We enjoyed multiple hikes in the nearby foothills.

Love this resort and the festivities on the 4th of July are wonderful. I have owned this timeshare since it was built. Staying there is a family tradition. Only renting it out this year because I can’t get the week off at work.

We were one of the original 100 owners at this resort and have spent ~20 fourth of July's at this beautiful property. It is gorgeous. Beautiful vistas, ocean view, close enough to walk to the beach, lots of activities for the kids. I always look forward to heading back here.

Our family has been going to Marriott New Port for over 20 years and love it. It's like a second home to us. With my booking at Christmas time. it's a fun family vacation. Only a short few miles away from Disney Land. It would make a wonderful family Christmas gift. I love the amazing service that you get from the staff there. You can't go wrong with this place. You'll love it as we do.

The resort overlooks the Pacific Ocean and offers so many activities that some people don't go anywhere else. But there is so much to see and do along the coast--some of my favorites are walking along the beaches and around Balboa Island, puttering in Newport Beach shops, visiting Mission San Juan Capistrano, and taking a shuttle to Catalina Island.

This is a wonderful property with every amenity available. Close to the beach, multiple pools, great restaurants close by and sleeps up to eight!
