Hilton Grand Vacations at MarBrisa spans 41 prime acres and overlooks the sapphire-blue expanses of the Pacific Ocean. Right on-site, enjoy a day by the ocean-view freeform pool with interactive water play features and spa. Also available is a state-of-the-art fitness center, picnic area with BBQs, and supervised recreation program. MarBrisa guests will also enjoy the on-site restaurant and full-service spa with eight private treatment rooms at the adjacent hotel.
MarBrisa's villas boast a lovely Mediterranean flair and are offered in studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations. Studios sleep two guests, one-bedrooms are suited for up to four while both the two and three-bedroom villas have enough room for eight individuals. Each and every villa is equipped with a private balcony with either ocean or park views, air-conditioning, satellite TV, in-room movies and high-speed wireless internet, while the one-bedroom villas and up also offer full kitchens and soaking tubs. The twenty-seven different villa complexes create a close-knit, village atmosphere.
The quaint coastal village of Carlsbad lacks the crowds and congestion of other nearby Southern California cities while still providing prime access to the best area attraction. In addition, MarBrisa offers its guests direct access to the nearby LEGOLAND California park. Golfers can get in a game at the City of Carlsbad's Championship Golf Course, The Crossings at Carlsbad, adjacent to the resort. Looking for shopping? The Carlsbad Premium Outlet stores are a short drive away. And of course, miles of pristine Southern California beaches are mere minutes from your resort.

  Our favorite in SoCal, easy access to San Diego and LA, so it makes a great home base. Lots of great eats nearby, too, if cooking on vacation is not your style. Property is well-maintained and any issues that arise are tended to quickly. Staff are all courteous and friendly. 2 heated pools, one with a slide and pool-side bar, a full kitchen in 1, 2, and 3BR units and washer/dryers either in-unit or in-building so you can pack light and run a load while you hit the pool!

  MarBrisa is a great family-friendly resort. Room suites are clean and offer a spacious bedrooms, living area, dining room and a full kitchen. Great for family or group vacations. On-site fitness center, multiple pools and fun activity centers and events for guests. Walking distance to Legoland is definitely a plus. Also near attractions: Carlsbad Village, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, Windmill Food Hall, Flower Fields, The crossings at Carlsbad Golf Course and many more!
