Club Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort

This is one of the best places to stay in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, Great staffs and rooms, The grounds and pools are gardens in and of themselves and very well maintained. A very easy walk to where all the restaurants and bars are, and even the boat dock for excursions. Now my go to place when i visit.

Even walking distance to a few small beaches or a great place to launch off an adventure of the island. Bang for the buck this is a great resort.

Really nice, classy resort. Suites are very compfy with a great patio. Pools, gym and social room are all great with a take it or leave it book library and games room. There are some historical ruins on site, the whole place is a botanical garden, the main activity host has planted hundreds (if not 1000) different plants on site. She offers guided tours and hula lessons, yoga, crafting, lei making lessons and more all as a part of the stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great with walking access to the touristy shops, but also on the main Ali'i drive to quickly get out of town.

I love this resort. Albert is the best check in person. He is friendly and helps accommodate your room. The staff is friendly and rooms are very clean...The grounds are landscaped beautifully! They also have activities with Joy! You can make real flower leis and kukui leis for men. She is excellent

Great resort atmosphere. Very close to charming downtown Kailua-Kona with restaurants and shopping. Great snorkeling nearby.

I have always found this resort a delight to stay at. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the suites have been recently renovated and are in great shape. Close to beaches, town and golf courses.

Wonderful staff, clean, and updated unit, well-maintained common areas, and beautifully landscaped and manicured grounds.Kitchen was well stocked so we could do all the home cooking we wanted to. No direct beach access, but most places, including the beach, are within walking distance and there is a trolley bus that runs up and down main st (Alii Dr). I love this resort—it has a very Hawaiian feeling!

Fantastic Resort with free parking, the unit sleeps 6. Walking distance to Kona-Kailua town with Outback Steakhouse, Humpy's, Oceans and a variety of fancier restaurants, local shops, volleyball, and more. Hawaii Volcanos National Park and Kīlauea is just 90 miles south. You can easily drive around the whole island in a day. Incredible snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach park just 4 miles away. If you don’t want to swim in the ocean the Wyndham resort has heated pools and barbecues to enjoy along with an exercise gym. Enjoy a memorable Christmas vacation on the Big Island.
