Mark IX Condominiums is set in the heart of the mountains, amidst towering pines and less than a mile from historic Main Street in Breckenridge. A local residential community surrounds the small complex of nine units, lending the resorts a quiet and relaxed ambiance. Mark IX offers guests laundry facilities.
The two-bedroom, one-bathroom units at Mark IX Condominiums are perfectly geared for up to four guests. Enjoy plenty of room to spread out with a full kitchen, dining table, living area equipped with a TV and fireplace. Plush, queen-size beds ensure a good night's rest for everyone.
For winter excitement, Breckenridge's famed slopes are less than two miles from the resort. You'll also find Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain ski areas within fifteen miles for more cold-weather fun. In the summer, fish and sail at Lake Dillon, only seven miles away or perhaps enjoy some golfing in one of several area courses.
