The 1st week in May 2025 is the Songwriters Festival - if you love music, don't miss this opportunity! Coconut Mallory is a great place to stay in Key West. It is not a luxury unit and therefore not expensive, very clean, comfortable and just a few minutes from the Key West shopping, attractions and restaurants. If you are a boater you can rent a dock for as little as $58/week based on availability. Nice little cozy bar, snacks and rentals available right on the grounds.

Stayed for five days during New Years Eve. The unit we stayed in was privately owned and in good condition. Two open bedrooms upstairs with a full bath on each floor. Fully furnished with kitchen stuff and linens. Spacious and bright rooms. We had a front porch with comfortable furniture, private with trees. They had a free barbecue of hot dogs and hamburgers and trimmings on Sunday at the very pleasant bar/clubhouse. It has a pool table and darts and a game machine and is right next to the water and boats. It is a short drive to downtown, but close to grocery store and has great biking along the eastern beaches. Had no problems with the service. The pool was good for the kids. Thought people were nice. For New Years Eve stood next to the cameras and watched the Slipper descend. Lots of free entertainment. What a blast! Loved all the restaurants with outdoor dining. Took a day to drive up the keys and try different beaches and restaurant. Also did a kayak tour close by. Loved it. Will be back!

Great spot for family vacation or fishing excursion. Spacious and cleanly rooms. Central spot to enjoy Key West and the other Keys. Lots to see and do.

No bar or restaurant. Alot of rules, very unfriendly.

This resort has easy access to everything in Key West. We have stayed several times and enjoyed our visit every time we went. They have their own dock which is steps from the condo.

Beautiful resort. Views of the marina are peaceful. Take a kayak out on the water and come back and have a cold beverage at the cabana.

Hot tub not very hot and not bubbling Expensive parking and resort fees for II exchanges. Friendly service people. Need a step stool to get into the queen bed and the kitchen cupboards. Dishes are too high to reach! No walk in Shower and I am afraid of falling climbing into and out of the bathtub

We (2 couples) stayed in 114 last Feb 2023. We have rented at Coconut Mallorys over the past 5 years. This is not the best location unit 114. This was a handicap unit. Outside the back porch is a shipping container ? Lots of noise from the street, traffic and the workman have sand, gravel and materials in the back lot, which seems to have workman early in AM. The refridgerator was missing a glass shelf over the fruit bins. Not a pool view or part view. We thought it was buggy too. We notify the front office. The staff is pleasant. Washer & Dryers and locked in a laundry on each floor. For the past few years they have been out of order. We were able to find a laundry at another site.

Coconut Mallory offers the very best of Key West, a wonderful private resort with 2 pools and a bar located right on the water! We rented get a 2 br/2 ba unit and it was super comfortable and spacious and included a full kitchen. It is so much nicer than any of hotel options and included a large balcony with a 4 person table room for sunbathing in the morning. There was plenty of free parking, an elevator to get your bags up and down as well laundry on the same level. The best part in our view was that the property has a nice bar directly on the water with a dock for fishing or just watching the boats go by. Definitely will be back!

I always feel that I am home away from home, when staying at Coconut Mallory. Staff always willing to assist you with your needs. Management is friendly. Very quiet to end the long days of adventure.

I love this resort! So close to everything, beautiful Marina and Bar....Don't even need a car as the bus stops within a 2 minute walk and goes downtown. Also stops at the Overseas plaza for shopping!

Excellent location! bike rentals available. Located on a quiet area of the island and easy access to all areas of key west and other Keys. The resort has two pools, attentive staff, and relating condos with full kitchen. supermarket and airport are nearby.

Wonderful condo location and amenities. Bar, food, dock all on site. Golf cart charging stations. Nice family atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the stay here. Having the elevator helps compared to other places I have stayed. The people and management were very friendly and having a marina is a plus for fishing. It isn't much of and extra charge to rent a slip and bring my boat, I didn't this time but plan to bring it next time. I hooked into a nice Barracuda off the docks and had a great time landing him. It was a very clean place and I loved the secluded feel to it.

5 star resort on the island of Key West, Florida. Resort includes 2 pools, 1 hot tub, oceanfront marina and tiki bar. Just minutes away from great fishing spots, beautiful white sand, sand bars and snorkeling or diving spots. Old town Key west just minutes away.

We had such a lovely visit at Coconut Mallory. The grounds are gorgeous with the two pools, hot tubs, the rec center and marina. The unit was perfect. Big and nicely laid out. Air conditioning and the fresh ocean breezes. Wish we didn't have to leave. A week isn't long enough. It was the perfect distance from town. Our friends brought their boat over a few times. Perfection! One of the reasons it was perfect was because we didn't have to fly. It's within the USA and Florida is open despite the pandemic.

Wonderful staff. Great bar and fast food on site. One of the few with dock spaces. Also one if the few with electric car charging points. Best breakfast Cuban sandwich couple blocks away. We have owned here for more than ten years. I had two others downtown but I’ve sold one and selling the other now. Two pools. Nice family place rooms very clean. Laundry service on site.

Just returned from a week at Coconut Mallory for New Years 2013. Wonderful place. Very nice and helpful resort staff. Overnighted my jewelry that I left inside condo. Highly recommend this condo if you want Key West. Duval Street is a 3 mile walk or a quick taxi ride.

We have just returned from a lovely week at the resort(1/2011). It is quiet and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Yes it is away from Mallory Square but that is really a plus as it is easy to get there but away from all the tourists.

Just returned from this resort. Very nice location and accomodations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice new HD televisions. A few minor maintenence issues -- nothing big. This is on the opposite side of the island from Mallory Square. It is about a 15 minute ride by moped... safe roads to ride on, not a problem but something to be aware of. You cannot easily get out and walk to tourist stuff.
