I’ve stayed at Maui Hill many times, and this property consistently impresses. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to all three Kamaole beaches, and only a 7-minute drive to Wailea’s luxury resorts, luaus, and shopping.

The staff are friendly and responsive, always willing to answer questions and make sure your stay is smooth. The grounds are immaculately clean, and it’s clear the property is well-maintained.

Inside the unit, the comfort is excellent — the beds are supportive, and the layout ensures privacy and a quiet space for everyone. I especially love the end units on the upper floor, which offer extraordinary ocean views and spacious lanais for relaxing in the evenings or enjoying a morning coffee.

Maui Lea at Maui Hill is an old style Hawaiian Resort and a hidden gem on the edge of Wailea in South Maui. Incredible mgmt.coupled with fantastic owner involvement make this a property to own for a lifetime. Maui Hill knows and shows the true meaning of 'ALOHA' which is becoming more rare in the Hawaiian Islands.

My family has been spending time at Maui Hill together now for over 20 years. The manager has kept the place well updated and clean. It is so difficult to find condos with 3bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and.this one gives everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We all love the spacious lani/deck to look out at the pool and ocean. You can walk across the street to the beach and snorkel at one of the best spots in the area. I can't say enough about how Maui Hill makes you feel at home in Maui and what a relaxing and cherished place it is for my family!

We have been going to Maui Hill at Christmas time for 20 years. We love it there. The units are large, comfortable and convenient. Free close parking and the staff is wonderful!

The Maui Hill definitely seems like a home away from home when visiting Maui. The setting on the hill along with the beautiful gardens and well manicured grounds makes this the perfect location to enjoy after exploring the island or a day at the beach. There are monarch butterflies and birds and call the Maui Hill their home. The units are older (like most in Kiehi), but are huge to accommodate two couples or a family comfortably. The units are also clean and well-stocked to ensure that you have everything you need for your vacation. Overall, always a very pleasant experience.

An excellent resort. Very well run by a very experienced management team. Across the road to some of the nicest sandy swimming beaches in Maui.

We have loved our time at Maui Lea at Maui Hill. The condo is in an excellent location and within close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants

WE love everything about this resort ! The location, the condo and the staff. It truly is the BEST location in Kihei . WE will be returning next year !

Maui Lea at Maui Hill is an older outdated property. Kitchen is in working order, though it is VERY small and looks like it is from the 90's. Bathroom's are also older and needed a good cleaning and to be recaulked. Towels are old and rough - I would be using them to wash my car. Decor is mostly dated (though couch is newer). Bedrooms and living room are a carpeted with a plush type carpet. No idea who thought that was a good idea in a beach town. Bed was pretty comfortable, though linens need to be replaced as they were pretty shabby.

Lanai's are also carpeted and were filthy - to the point where we actually took the vacuum out and cleaned it (somewhat) ourselves. The view was pretty much of the parking lot, so did not spend much time out there.

AC is on 6 hour timers and did not keep the unit cold. We called several times to have it adjusted, but never did see anyone actually come and do it. Plus there is a mandatory $45 weekly energy charge. Shouldn't that be budgeted into the assessment expenses? Made us wonder, what the assessment is being spent on????

The grounds of the resort are kept up to a reasonable level, but they too could use some work. Pool area is fine and does have some shade. The hot tub though looked disgusting.

The biggest plus is the location - very close to Kihei and Wailea. Lots of great restaurants & shopping in both areas. Also the beaches are close too!

Overall we wouldn't stay here again.

Walk to the best beaches in Kihei. Each condo has everything you need. BBQ available just outside. Lovely pool, Tennis, golf putting course all on site. lots of parking.

Beautiful resort with ocean views, pool, hot tub, tennis, putting green. Very spacious, beautifully furnished units with high ceilings and full kitchens, granite counters, new appliances. Excellent value!

I have owned Maui Hill Unit 2 since 1984 and have used it for my primary vacation spot since 1985, every year! The staff is wonderful, the unit is clean, spacious, comfortable and everything you could possibly want for a vacation! Very easily accommodates 6 people (3 couples! - split the cost three ways!) in three private bedrooms plus an additional two guest on the queen size sofa sleeper. Don't miss out on renting this fantastic vacation home!

Maui Hill's staff is wonderful. Resort is clean and updated! New updated bathrooms & updated kitchen several years ago. This year new furniture and new carpeting. On a hill but can walk to beach. Usually unit has beach chairs & boogie boards. Washer & dryer in unit is a bonus. We return every year to this resort because of location in South Kihei. All this and a heated pool! Views of ocean and also Haleakala!!

Aloha! We have been coming to Maui Lea at Maui Hill for about 10 years from Oregon, usually in mid-March for two weeks of vacation and to view the whales. It is a prestigious Aston Resort hotel and timeshare resort facility located at the dry south end of Maui in Kihei, just before Wailea.

Situated on "Maui Hill" across the street from the ocean it offers magnificent ocean views, quiet and spacious 1 bdrm, 2 bdrm, and 3 bdrm units all with at least 2 bathrooms, and additional sofa beds in the living rooms. Each suite has at least one to two lanais, air conditioning, complete kitchen with microwave, high-speed internet, cable TV, and in-unit washer and dryer. Timeshare units are cleaned mid-week with towel changes, and bed linens are changed every 7 days.

Easy walk across the street to 3 popular beaches with safe swimming and boat ramp. Recreational amenities include large pool, spa, putting green, shuffle board, tennis court, and barbecues on park like setting. Welcome continental breakfast with Maui activity presentation. Weekly free pool cocktail party for guests with drawings for prizes, i.e., dinner cruises, snorkeling trips. etc. Golf, shopping, and excellent dining within 5-10 minutes.

Maui Hill is ideal for couples of all ages, families, reunions, for natural adventures or just relaxation. Friendliest staff of any resort that we've been to, known for their Aloha spirit. February and March are somewhat difficult to exchange into due to the popularity and location of the resort.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom timeshare unit I rented on Redweek. The room was very dirty,stinky,and out of date. Beds are completely worn out,hard and uncomfortable. Linens where the poorest quality. At best a budget resort. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

This is in Kihei, the sunny side of the island. Great beaches and restaurants abound. The pool and grounds are clean, orderly, and peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our unit was comfortable and large.
