The location of the resort (just behind the TopGolf at MGM) is a great spot within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip. Parking is free if you have a vehicle. The resort does not have a Casino but is perfect to lounge and relax, the pool's are very nice!

My family and I have stayed at this property numerous times and it's definitely a home away from home.

We often get the three bedroom/two bathroom unit with plenty of room for everyone.

We had a birthday celebration during our most recent stay and everyone was impressed with our "apartment".

There's an adult pool and two other pools when enjoying the Vegas weather.

There's a free shuttle to the center of the strip.

I really like coming into a clean and yummy smelling lobby. Yep, I'm into yummy smells.

I had an outstanding vacation at the Grabd Desert Wyndham club. Very well kept clean staff very professional and helpful and friendly. Close tto LV strip. Will return again!

Fall in love with the location, home away from home feel, and high quality of this resort. A few minutes walk from the main strip and famous free attractions, Vegas shows, and dining….such as the spectacular shows at the Bellagio fountains. Fully renovated luxury units with full kitchens, gorgeous high end appliances and countertops, roomy ensuite jetted tubs and washer/ dryers in most suites..and many other resort amenities.

Throw a steak on the barbecue or laze around in one of the heated pools and hot tubs scattered across the property. Or work off your excesses in the well appointed gym.

Great resort in the heart of Las Vegas. Enjoy ownership at this resort with prior booking ability as well as the ability to use your points throughout the extensive Wyndham Resort system.

The location is in the heart of Vegas, within walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants. The staff in my experiences have always been available and ready to help.

We exchanged into this resort from RCI and were very pleased with the unit. It was tastefully furnished and very clean. The resort is very friendly and they offer classes in black jack which we took! The main pool was nice, and there is also a small deli on site which was convenient. There was also a coffee cart in the lobby which was nice. All in all it was a fun vacation.

Location! Location! Location! This resort is close to the strip so if you want to gamble this your home away from home. The staff are friendly, and have the answers to your entertainment options! Just ask!,, The pools were clean and have lifeguards on duty! Overall, a good Wyndham timeshare! I would recommend adding a full kitchen to your reservation for keeping your beverages cold and the spa in the master bedroom.

We stayed at the end of April 2009. We found the staff courteous and helpful. Suites were clean and well kept . The only issue was a noise in the closet of the master bedroom which tended to be louder at night. It was resolved when the concern was brought to the staff's attention. We made daily use of the bus shuttle and considered it was bonus when we were making our choice of where to stay along with the free internet service. Overall enjoy our stay and we would definitely return.

We just got back from Vegas and this resort was amazing. It is great if you are traveling with kids. There is a huge activities room with the Wii, Xbox, air hockey, board games, a computer, and a big screen TV. The pool is OK, no slides or anything. The staff is wonderful. You are about 2 blocks off the strip. There's a Wal-Mart nearby for food and souvenir shopping. You are centrally located to everything. Would definitely stay here again!!!

I would give this resort a 4 & 1/2 stars... the location is excellent, convenient to everything. We aren't owners, but had a 2 bdrm deluxe unit for our rental and it was immaculate. We had an issue with a dishwasher knob, but they were very prompt to fix. Staff treated us like we were owners, which was nice. This unit was such an excellent bargain... I would not ever go back to a Vegas hotel room. The comfort, quality of beds & bedding, and just everything about the place was high end. Loved it. Will definitely go back!

Just a few blocks off the strip, this resort had everything needed to enjoy Las Vegas or just relax at the resort. Highly recommended.

WE STAYED at THE RESORT TWICE, AND REALY ENJOYED IT. I HIGHLY RECOMEND IT. IT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE STRIP AND VERY HANDY TO A LOT OF PLACES. WE ENJOYED THE POOL, AND THE WORKOUT ROOMS ALSO.

THE PERSONAL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

TRY IT-YOU WILL ENJOY IT! WE HAD A 2 BEDROOM W/LOCKOFF, BECAUSE BOTH TIMES WE HAD TWO COUPLES. IT WAS PRIVATE, BUT ALSO WE COULD ENJOY EACH COUPLES COMPANY AT THE SAME TIME.

Swapped via RCI into a two bedroom/two bath unit. This resort is now a Wyndham Resort and is very nicely kepted. Pools were great, rooms were spotless and we had a great time. How great? We bought a place there.

Spent sunday through friday in a 1 bdr std tower 3. Its the stand alone tower. First time at TS resort. Impressed with property and staff, who were always pleasent. The shuttle only goes to Harrahs and stops at 10pm. Sun worshipping is a challenge. Family pool is in direct sun from 9a-2p. Then its total shade after 2:30. Adult upper pools starts getting sun 11:30-4:15. tower 3 gets sun from sunrise to 2:30, partial after that. Of the 4 hot tubs only 2 were 100% for the week. 3rd was jet free for 2 days, then its heater failed. Tower 3 hot tub had a heater failure 2 weeks earlier, but was down my entire visit. Didn't attend the 90min sales, but am considering buying. With Wyndham buyout It might be worth it on a redweek listing. :-)

Oh: tower 1 is southern building. Tower 2 fronts Harmon, Tower 3 closest to Koval.

We were in Las Vegas July 22- 27th and our rental was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and pleasent. We had an issue with the washer and they fixed it immediately. The room was spacious, clean and very inviting. It was a great place just a few blocks off of the strip and it was perfect for families. We will definately book a condo at this resort again next year when we return for the Super 64 Boys High School Basketball Tourney.

We stay at the Fairfield in July 15-20. The resort was very close to what the pictures show. We did a some minor issues with the room but after a call to the front desk everything was fixed in less than an hour. The staff work around the clock keeping things neat and clean. Also, they are available for anything that you might need. Finally, even though this property has been sold the new owners are working very hard to maintain the property and customer service. I would stay there again if I ever went back to Vegas.
