Have had this timeshare for quite a few years and it is a great place for a vacation. Awesome beach across the street.

We have been to La Cabana many times, always happy with everything! You will LOVE it!

We have owned since 1996. The staff are super friendly. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher and air a short walk to Super Foods. It also has a mini market on site.

Lacabana Beach Resort and Casino is a great resort with many amenities. Located in the world famous Eagle Beach area. Beautiful beach. Many restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi/bus ride away. Wonderful employees.

La Cabana is a pristine family friendly resort with music and activities right on Eagle beach. .Beautiful beach. Magnificent sunsets. Perfect Caribbean vacation

The beach here is *gorgeous*.

We have such fond memories of sitting under the huts on the beach sipping our fruity drinks.

Take clips to hold your towels onto your beach chairs...Aruba is WINDY!

Absolutely love it here. I'm sitting pool side as I write this. This is my second visit to La Cabana, there will be plenty more. Only complaint really is they don't show any Hockey games, plenty of football, basketball, etc....some of us northern U.S. and Canadian people were looking for Hockey at the bar.....

I got a great deal from an vacation tour that introduced us to La Cabana 10 years ago and have been coming back ever since. The introduction of the Superfood supermarket right across the street took this resort from 4.5 stars to 5. You can now walk over and pick up whatever you need including liquor and beer - no more cabs needed. Love the sunsets on the beach or wandering into the new casino.

We love the friendly atmosphere in the resort. Always superb to visit the "one happy" Island. Shopping in Superfood across the street is okay.

Been coming for 3 yrs using family member's timeshare. The staff is the most friendliest people ever. Room was so clean and daily maid service was wonderful. Love the new casino and beach is beautiful. Can't wait to go back

I am not sure what the person "JR" was talking about but the rooms are always clean and the upgrades are amazing. We have rented from La Cabana owners many times and have always enjoyed our rooms and the wonderful staff and of course the best beach in Aruba.

The Palapa Police are watching all the palapas on the beach now and removing towels that have been left for over two hours. My husband and I go down to the beach in the morning and put out our towels. After we walk on the beach, I go back to make breakfast and my husband comes up to eat and then returns to the beach. We do not put our towels out and leave them for several hours. Quite often, Tropicana guests will put out their towels and not come backuntil afternoon. LaCabana staff cannot move the towels from Tropicana guests. The beach is shared by all, even passers by who want to put their towels on the beach chairs and buy a drink can have use of a palapa all day. Do not jump to conclusions about LaCabana owners.

I just returned from my stay at LaCabana. We stayed there for five days. The rooms are fabulous, currently totally refurbished. The resort has a great restaurant, the fisherman's sandwich is the best grouper sandwich ever. I would highly recommend going to this resort if it is available. The only issue is the timeshare owners that get possessive of their poolside chairs. They put out the towels, go back to their room and keep the chairs saved, which they need to realize is rude. There are other people who would like the shade of the umbrellas for a while too. This happens at quite a few of the busier resorts. I cannot find anything negative to say about the resort accomodations or the staff. The poolside entertainment is very good.

Have traded to La Cabana, for the last 7 years, and recently purchased two week's from a private owner!

We have never had any problems with mold, dampness, in any of the rooms, except for one.

This was one of the one bedroom units, facing the Amsterdam & ocean view, 2nd floor.

We were told it was due to previous visitors leaving the balcony door open and creating moisture in the room. Therfore creating the smell of dampness & mold.

It was taken care of immediately . After putting a Dehumidifier in the room and allowing it to run for a few hours, it cleared it up.

I am sorry for any problems that anyone has had and I am sorry that a negative opinion was formed on this visit on the entire resort because of a bad experience.

I assure you that all rooms are not with mold & mildew.

I highly recommend this 5 Star Resort to everybody.

I just returned from 9 days at La Cabana. The updates made to all units are great - all new appliances, kitchens, beds, everything you can think of. They really have done a great job with the upgrades. The lobby renovation is almost complete - they said it should be done soon - later this year! The staff is great too. We went there this year having a one day gap in 2 seperate reservations. As soon as I arrived they were able to address that. Soon after arriving we decided we liked the layout of the Studio better and they were able to accomodate us and move us within a small timeframe. We have been coming here regularly for the past few years - 2006, 2008, 2010, and now 2011. The La Cabana resort is transforming itself into a place with great rooms, great staff and they have always had great views. Nothing beats the location across from Eagle beach. This is one great resort in the Low-rise area on the best beach in Aruba!

Just returned from a week at the La Cabana and can't enough about this resort and the upgades that are now almost completed. We stayed in a recently completed unit and it was great. The switch from a tub to a step in shower is a great move. Although the lobby is not yet completed the temp. lobby was no problem. This was our second visit to this resort and I can't say enough about the staff and the overall facility. Kept up the great work! J &A Lehight Valley, PA

They did a great Job in upgrading the rooms. All new from the bottom up. Everything was gutted and nothing saved -- All new appliances

LaCabana is just starting a multi-million dollar renovation of all the rooms. We own at the resort and absolutely love it. The personnel are very friendly and helpful, and even before the work, the rooms are in good condition. There is plenty to do here from all-day activities to lying on the beach or by the pool. Don't forget the happy hours!!

We stayed at La Cabana for our Honeymoon in November, 2006. We had a great time! We had a ground level room right off the pool. The first night we visited the bar and watched NFL Football on TV and met some great people who we hung out with all week. In the morning we would go to the beach or pool and them come back to the room for lunch. Every afternoon we played Bingo at the pool and it was a blast.

The room was nice, service was good. We cooked in the room several times and we had a range, microwave and fridge which was all nice. We found the service to be adequate overall and the resort to be more than adequate. We home to return soon.

You may never want to leave. This is our home away from home.We love this place.The La Cabana is a great Family resort.The rooms are nice.The pool is clean.The staff are all very nice.Don't wait long,book your air fare as soon as you can.Air fare is your biggest cost. So this is your chance to stay at the best beach I have ever been to.You will Love the beach.

we are visiting Aruba for the 9th time, we own timeshare at LCB. At first we had fixed weeks but now we own bluegreen points which makes it possible to go whenever we want to. We love the island, and are going to be there much more often.

The LaCabana Beach and Racket Club is always wonderful. The people that work there seem to love there jobs and are very friendly. The food on the islands resturantes are great . We have been owners at the LaCabana for 10 years and hope to go there forever. The beach is one of the 10 best beaches in the world. The water park that is being built next to the casino will be a big plus. Having the Dunkin Donuts next to the pool is great in the morning and the groceries stores that are as good as ours at home (on the way to town) .
