Marriott's Newport Coast Villas offers an outstanding location overlooking Newport Beach. Fashion Island, Balboa Island and Knott's Berry Farm are all near our Newport Beach vacation resort.

We love staying at Newport Coast Marriott Villa. It is home away from home. It offers plenty of activities for children and adults. Villa is clean, and has plenty of room for party of 8. Newport Coast is closed to malls, beaches and restaurants. The Marriott Newport Coast Villa is a great escape vacation for families and friends to connect in this luxurious villa.

Beautiful Full Service Complex ! Comfortable clean Suites with full kitchens and housing amenities. Lots of common areas for adults and family visits. Ample Outdoor eating areas, games areas and pool decks. Wonderful location on the California Coast !

Great resort and location! Love it!

Amazing resort and location, there is so much to do right on sight with large areas and activities. The pools are spacious and multiple hot tubs all with beautiful sunset and ocean views.

Amazing resort in the heart of Southern California. Disneyland is not far away, there is great beach access, shopping and dining. No need to leave the property to have a fantastic family vacation.

Stayed here last year, had excellent weather! Resort is beautiful with nice views all around. Staff while checking in and throughout visit were very welcoming and friendly. Facilities were nice having used the pool, food/bar service and the gym. Concierge as well was helpful with questions and referrals for local restaurants.

Another Wonderful Stay at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again at this beautiful resort. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Corona del Mar, Fashion Island, and Newport Beach. The property itself is gorgeous, with well-kept grounds and stunning ocean views. My kids absolutely loved the pools and spent hours swimming and playing every day. We’ve stayed here multiple times now, and every visit has been consistently relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a coastal getaway with all the comforts of home.

The 20-year villa renovation was recently completed in Buildings 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 2300 and 2500. Many of the other buildings at the 77 acre MVC Newport Coast resort were also recently refurbished. The pool loungers are fabulous. The common areas are lovely. Over 20 BBQ areas, 5 heated pools, 5 whirlpools, splash pad and water slide. Lots of fun things to do in Newport Coast and surrounding areas.

Just about perfect views of the ocean close to retail and eating and grocery stores, with a nice gym and pools on site

We love Newport Coast! The villas are beautiful and well thought out. There is so much to do within minutes of the resort. Crystal Cove, where Bette Midler filmed the movie “Beaches”, is just a few minutes walk away!
