Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas Reviews & Ratings

This property is near many entertainment attractions (such as Disney World, Universal Studio etc.). It is situated on a private lake and there are plenty of on-site activities. The unit has two good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi inside the room. The dinning area next to an open kitchen provides a comfortable eating experience for even a family of eight. The staff are very friendly and service is prompt if needed. House keeping is provided every other day or on demand as necessary.

cypress harbor continues to provide excellent facilities and staffing. This is a resort we love and along with our aruba marriott surf club provides great vacations.

Beautiful resort with several awesome pools, a lake, screened balconies and beautiful gardens that remind me of old world beauty of the Keys. All near Walt Disney World, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon, Universal and the many other great vacation attractions!

The resort is wonderful. It is close to everything and very near Seaworld.

It is one of the favorites for us. Privacy, availabiity to shopping and stores. Easy and relaxing. Wonderful!

Wonderful family resort near SeaWorld, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. Premium fully equipped villas. Extraordinary amenities including gym-spa, kids activity center, onsite restaurants, room service, three outdoor pools and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Great entertainment, picturesque, a neighbor of SeaWorld. The second bedroom is like an upscale hotel room with an ensuite bath and sofa bed.

I really liked this resort. The rooms were modern, comfortable, super clean and they accomodated an early checkin. The downside is the amenities. Compared to Marriott Grande Vista it was relatively boring. Fewer activities and only one restaurant on premise. As long as you have a car, no problem!

Our stay with Marriott’s Cypress Harbour was excellent. Our room #6332 had great views of the lake, water feature and surrounding grounds. Loved the décor and very ample space with two bedrooms and two baths. We cook in 90% of the time so can’t provide information on the resorts dining options or the local neighborhood. To access one of the pools and activity areas the resort transfer’s guests back and forth with a nice pontoon boat. We attended a very enjoyable Hawaiian show during the week. What a great place for families to enjoy all the activities in Orlando and a quiet pleasant return to the resort at the end of the day.

Great resort, villas are very nice, beds are super cozy! Pools are heated and the kids had a blast! Food is great as well as the staff! We had a wonderful time at this resort. We stayed at a the Hyatt and left after one night because the room was so small and the food prices were outrageous! We rented this two bedroom for 3 nights and were extremely satisfied. We needed a early check-in as well as a late check-out without a problem. We loved this property and will be back. We rented a week at this property 7 years ago, a lot of updates to rooms. We loved the Kingsize bed as well as the spacious sectional with pull out sofa. The 2nd bedroom had a Queen size bed, Wish there were two twin beds instead. The heated pool is a definite plus, especially at night!

Stayed in a B one bedroom unit. All the windows faced the motel type balcony so there was no privacy unless the shades were down. The living room was really cramped and just sitting at the small table required a e-arrangment of the furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with a small stove with an oven and a dishwasher so full credit for that. However, one major disappointment was the lack of a midweek refresh. The front desk explained that midweek service is only available to Wyndham owners with some exalted Wyndham status and not to mere RCI exchangers This is all the more bizarre since the sales guy made a point of telling us that Wyndham owned RCI. Overall, the resort is fine and well located, Staff were helpful but seemed overloaded. If we go back I will not stay in this unit.

We stayed are Cypress Harbour the first week in May. Our first time at a Marriott resort and it was everything we were told to expect. The grounds were impeccable and the staff very accomodating and friendly. Our scheduled room in building 55 wasn't ready when we arrived but they did some re-arranging and gave us a top floor corner unit in Bldg 71, which was actually our second choice. The unit was fantastic and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only maintenance issue we had was the jacuzzi tub...the jets needed a good cleaning. It wasn't noticable until after you got out of the tub and turned off the jets. Then there were little specks of dirt. But they were quick to respond and took care of it. The only reason I didn't give them 5Stars for an Overall Rating was that I felt their snack bar/grill was not up to Marriott standards. We felt that several food items were inedible. They need to re-think that area. We did enjoy a nice Italian dinner at Delmonico's which is at the corner of Westwood and International Drive. There is also a really nice wine store (Total Wine) about a half-mile north of the Millenia Mall.

Just finished up 7 nights, it was awesome. Less than 3 miles from Downtown Disney, and very close to Disney. Villa was spotless, nicely decorated and very spacious. Every staff member we encountered waved, greeted us and made us feel at home. Pool was spotless. There is so much to do at the resort, it could be a destination unto itself with activities for kids and adults throughout the day. We will definitely stay here again! (Oh, and the villas are very sound proof as we never heard any one else).

We stayed in a 2 bedroom for a week and really enjoyed our week. All of the staff that we met were helpful and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful week!

We spent January 6, 2011 to January 13 in Villa 3336. We enjoyed a cocktail in the evening on the screened balcony above the lake with its spacticular view across the lake. The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipt attesting to the quality of this Marriott facility. The location is convenient to all local attractions, and discount cards are available to many local restaurants.
