Come back and relax at one of 7 outdoor pools and enjoy a snack from The Water's Edge Bar & Grill. Excellent Restaurants and great Service.

Marriott Vacation Clubs are known for their exquisite properties, amenities, and friendly service. This location has all of the amenities to help you enjoy your stay. Especially nice are the beautiful views of the grounds and refreshing pools set to the backdrop of the mountains. You don't get to travel much so you should be somewhere that complements your trip and helps you feel special.

We have the best time spending our days playing tennis, soaking in sun at the pool, playing on the grass and BBQing, having dinners at the JW and nearby Palm Desert. It's a very relaxing or activity filled location and we always have a hard time leaving.

This beautiful property sits on a golf course with Mountain View’s all around in the middle of Palm Desert. Several pools and activities for all. Lock out feature can be used to have privacy with friends or rent when not needing the entire unit. Perfect location for BNP Parabis Open tennis tournament. Close to wonderful shopping and great restaurants. Usage for March 3-10, 2024 which is perfect for you to attend starting week of the tennis tournament.

Great location with all the amenities needed! Several pools, and plenty of activities for kids and big kids. Dining in the area is hard to beat. The surprise is there are plenty of interesting sites: museums, gardens, hikes, and many fun activities nearby.

It's a beautiful location for a getaway! You can relax by a pool, rent bikes for a pleasant ride or go up the aerial tramway to the nearby mountain top. There are a lot of fun shops in Palm Springs or a little farther away are some great outlet stores. The villas all have great views and are spacious and well-decorated. We make the trip every year!

Excellent well maintained villas with many amenities. Pool and hot tubs are excellent as well.

I have owned this resort for 20 years and have never heard of a complaint. Staff are friendly and swiftly accommodating from Front Desk to engineers to housekeeping services. They are always eager to make guests feel welcome with a smile and do everything they can to make your stay a memorable experience!

This is a really nice resort that has it all. 2 golf courses, many tennis courts, pickle ball courts, JW Marriott in walking distance with Spa, wonderful restaurants and beautiful landscaping. The resort is close to Joshua tree national park, several Casino’s, Las Vegas, San Diego and Palm Springs. This is one of the best Marriott timeshare.

Gorgeous resort, pools, golf courses, tennis, recreation center nestled in Palm Desert CA near Palm Springs. Something for everyone in the family. If its for first trip, it won't be your last one here!
