This has become one of our favorite places to relax and recharge. The property is beautiful, with great walking paths, multiple pools, and easy access to the golf courses right next door. Whether you want an active trip with golf and sunshine or just a quiet place to sit by the pool and unwind, this is a fantastic spot.

Marriott Desert Springs II a wonderful place for vacation. We been going out there for 25 years. It’s has everything you’ll want for a great vacation, in one of the most beautiful spots in the world. Make sure to check out the tennis tournament in Indian Wells, a fantastic venue

Marriott Desert Springs Villas II is my absolute favorite place to stay. The units are modern and spacious, making for a very comfortable visit. It is conveniently located near everything you need—shopping, golf, spas, and more. Highly recommend!

Fabulous and convenient place to stay while going to the Coachella Festival! Park your car, and use the resort shuttle to the festival! Hang out with other festival enthusiasts! Save money on food by preparing your meals in your villa, or using the bar b ques on property!

Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas II is an excellent choice for a relaxing Palm Desert stay. The spacious, well-maintained villas feature full kitchens, comfortable beds, and in-unit laundry. The resort grounds are beautiful and quiet, with multiple clean pools and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests also enjoy access to nearby JW Marriott amenities.

The location is convenient to shopping, dining, golf, and outdoor activities, while still feeling secluded. Staff are friendly and professional. Dining options on-site are limited, but overall it’s a comfortable, high-quality resort ideal for families and couples seeking a calm getaway.

Marriott's Desert Springs Villa II (DSV) is doing a full remodel in 2027, and an early preview left me very impressed. The villas definitely will give what I call the WOW factor...Walk into the villa and I feel the guests will say WOW.

Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas (DSV) won the 2024 WORLD CLASS RESORT and RESORT OF THE YEAR. As someone who travels to many of the Marriott, Westin, Sheraton, and Hyatt (all Marriott-owned) resorts, this resort is my favorite for sure. I am selling because I own too many and thought I would reduce my inventory.

The best months at Palm Desert / Palm Springs are Nov/Dec, and this resort covers both of those months. Temps avg between low 70s to mid 80s during those two months. And it is the beginning of their 'summer' months (summer-like weather for most of the US).

You will not find a better resort management team than that at DSV. The care they show daily to the guests is top-notch. You will not regret buying into DSV II and will begin making lifelong vacation memories.
