BEAUTIFUL RESORT, WELL APPOINTED, WITH GREAT LOCATION. A FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY DURING THE PEAK SEASON IN THE DESERT.

Great location for Coachella music festival. Accommodation were 10+. Outstanding place to call home before and after the events. We will be staying there again during Weekend 1

I own a 2bedroom at this resort and have stayed at it a few times; lots of space 1400 sq ft for 2bdrm, very quiet and comfortable. love to go downtown at night, enjoy the cool air and walking around. love to just sit and relax by the pool. if you like to golf; you are in the right place!

Great amenities. Beautiful pool and right next to Marriott Desert Springs Resort with full use of all facilities. Nice view of golf course and nearby mountains. Many other golf courses nearby. Palm Springs is about 15 minutes away by car. Great road access and Freeway is nearby.

Great resort, the best in the Greater Palm Springs area. Never had a bad stay. Friendly staff, great accommodations and outstanding amenities.

Beautiful resort next to the JW Marriott. If you're a golfer this is the place to be! I am a lap swimmer and they have lap lanes in one of the pools or there is a terrific city pool a few blocks away with lap swim times. The desert is wonderful this time of year. Warm but not hot with cool evenings.

Marriott Villa 1 is a all inclusive destination. Top rated restaurants, golf course and accommodations, you don't even have to leave the property. The Villa 1's have more amenities than the Villa 11's and larger square footage.

Have been enjoying the property and its proximity to Indian Well tennis for 25 years, but at 97 years old, it's time for someone else to enjoy!

Beautiful resort. Lots of amenities on grounds and in the area. Staff and all guests are always nice. Love to walk to the huge JW Marriott resort and enjoy the resort bars, restaurants and shops!

It is always a treat to be there! Relaxing, and options for fun! The amenities in the units and on site, plus nearby, make it wonderful. It is always clean, and we feel very special and pampered each time! We look forward to our next visit!

Well maintained facility with water and golf course views. Lots of pools to choose from. Very family oriented. Palm Desert area has many, many restaurants and shopping centers available.

We have been vacationing in Palm Desert at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II since 1996, and I must say, it has always been an incredible experience! From the moment we arrive, the staff is welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to start our vacation without any hassle. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts of home. We had a stunning view of the mountains, which made our mornings even more enjoyable as we sipped coffee on the balcony. The master's kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners together. The kitchenette of the guest room is a very nice addition to a very pleasant hotel-style bedroom. One of the highlights of our stay was the resort's amenities. The pools were pristine, and we loved lounging by the water, soaking up the sun. The on-site activities were plentiful, from tennis courts to hiking trails, ensuring there was never a dull moment. We also appreciated the proximity to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Overall, our experience at Desert Springs Villas II always meets our high expectations. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure, and we can't wait to return every year. I highly recommend this timeshare to anyone seeking a fantastic vacation destination.

Absolutely love this place. Something for everyone... fabulous food, shopping for anything and everything, golfer's heaven, community events always changing, shows, casinos, tours galore, endless activities, and an occasional famous person spotted or sitting right next to you at a restaurant.

We have owned at this location for nearly three decades and we try to find something new every year to do and yet include some old-time favorites.

This is a gorgeous resort locatedd in the heart of Palm Desert, 20 minutes from Palm Springs. It's one block from a shopping center with Ralph's Market. Tennis privileges and amenities available at JW Marriott Hotel within short walking distance.

So much to do in Palm Desert - this resort has fun activities all day long for all people of all age groups! The Palmeras Pool is a great place to relax and Marriott's customer service is second to none!
