Wonderful views, great amenities, two gorgeous golf courses, five swimming pools and a great staff. All units have either a deck or balcony. Units are clean and well appointed.

We have owned this property for over 20 years -- and it has only gotten better over time. It is a lovely resort, close to shopping and restaurants, but quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the pools are well-maintained as are the gardens and common areas. You feel like family when you stay here.

Marriott Desert Springs Villas II is a wonderful location. There are restaurants nearby and many places to explore. The pool is beautiful and the golf course is excellent. The views are gorgeous.

Villas II are conveniently located close by the main club house. All guest activities can be booked individually or with friendly concierge agents.

The Villas II are maintained to Marriott standards we all have come to expect. The landscaping is exceptional, flowers everywhere, beautiful palms, lawns, water features and clean desert air

This is a perfect place to rent to enjoy Cochelea! Sleeps 8! Two private areas, one the main master with a king bed, huge bathroom and balcony, the other a smaller area with a king bed, private bathroom and private balcony. Marriott does a GREAT job! Play some pickleball, gold or tennis while enjoying Cochelea week!
