Staff are customer-centric and outstanding. Villas are amongst the largest villas ever built by Marriott Vacation Club.

Best resort in Palm Desert IMHO Desert Springs Villas 1 has the largest rooms, feels like a very large apartment

It's easy to have a family reunion for a holiday or special event in these large units. We once brought 3 families together for Thanksgiving. Beautiful green vistas of the golf courses and nearby mountains. Short drive to the trendy shopping in Palm Springs, with it's fancy restaurants. Many other things to do including the Tramway ride, hikes, Windmill farm, major outlet mall in Cabazon, golf courses everywhere, tours of the homes of Hollywood stars. Or just chill out at the pools and your patio. Just at the corner is a large grocery store, fine and local restaurants. free parking for the car you must have.

I ALWAYS love coming to Marriott Dessert Springs - especially to Villas I. The units are large, large, large, and we get to use all of the amenities in the larger JW Marriott hotel, as well.

I, especially, love the tennis - Clay and Grass Courts - and the tennis staff is great. Best Tennis Lessons I've ever had: group and private.

This is a fabulous resort with spacious comfortable villas (especially in Villas 1), nice pools and amenities, activities, good for bike riding or skating, easy walk to the JW Marriott and great restaurants and spa. The location is fantastic. We’ve been going for over 30 years and just love it.

This is a beautiful place to spend the New Year! There is Golf Pools, Casinos, Spa, The Living Desert... The Hotel Lobby New Year's Eve Party is so fun and free! (at lease least it has been in the past)

Desert Springs Villas I are huge units (larger than Villas 2) with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen in the unit plus a mini-kitchen in the guest suite bedroom, and new lovely decor. Situated adjacent to the golf course at beautiful Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert. Treat yourself to fabulous pools, hotel amenities, golfing, day spa -- a wonderful getaway for owners and excellent rental potential as well. Buyer to pay Marriott transfer fees. Escrow, Title, and Sale to be handled by Redweek.

Excellent Resort . Excellent views always have been had. Two golf courses within resort. Most comfortable.

Very beautiful resort, stayed in both one bedroom and two bedroom. Huge units, great kitchen, balcony on every suite, very well maintained. Lots of activities if you want to do them. Extra amenities at the Marriott hotel. Nice gym, golf courses, tennis courts. Staff very helpful if missing anything in unit. Would highly recommend.

We exchanged thru II at the end of March for Christmas week at the Marriott Desert Villas I. We have stayed previously at Desert Villas II. We prefer Villas I. Desert Villas is the only resort (that we have checked into) that contacts you for your pre-arrival requests. We spent the week in a one bedroom on the second floor, unit 9697. The balcony offered beautiful views of the golf course, JW Marriott and the mountains surrounding the Palm Springs area. The décor was in soft blues and shades of purple thru-out, very pleasant. Additional reviews mention the amenities of the one bedroom unit. Our weather was cool and the gas fireplace was very enjoyable. If you are staying in Desert Villas I you can access the JW Marriott amenities Monday-Friday without paying a daily fee. Golfers will enjoy the variety of two golf courses to choose from. The shuttle runs between Villas I and Villas II also to the JW. The shuttle keeps a close schedule. We will be back for a third, fourth stay and more. It is hard to beat the Marriott Standards.

As you know the Spa accommodation has been renewed for weekdays. Any guest staying in Villa One can use the Spa's common services for free on weekdays. There are discounts on treatments for villa guests. If I recall, it's 20% off. Those who buy time on the resale market can enjoy this arrangement as well. They have no way of telling who is an owner or not. They just look at the room number.

This is a great place to visit. We have owned for over 20 years.
