Exceptional views and location, full kitchen and barbecue right outside. Two golf courses within walking distance. Tennis and pickle ball courts on property. Very close to hotel and restaurants.

Beautiful property. Everything you’d want or dream of having! Including a fireplace in the condo unit with a balcony. We’ve gotten a lot older and no longer travel as much. But we’ve enjoyed this property for decades. It’s High season, great time to escape the northern winters. It’s not terribly hot- perfect temperature for golf, swimming, horseback riding. 7 pools, kids activities, restaurant and more.

This is a five-star resort with spacious villas. It is a top location for the Coachella Music Festival as it is one of the first stops on a main bus line. No need to pay for parking as a guest of an owner!

We have owned the Timeshare since 1999 and have enjoyed many vacations at the resort. Great golf, tennis, hiking and lots of pool time.

Marriott Desert Springs Villa has the largest units in the Desert- they two bedroom unit can easily accommodate up to 8 people. Centrally situated in the valley- easy access to Palm Springs all the way to La Quinta. Also have four pickleball courts on the property. Beautifully maintained and constantly being updated- its a steal at $400/night

This is a wonderful family resort with 7 pools and a kid's club. Nestled in the Coachella Valley, the views of the mountains are gorgeous. Golf, tennis and a spa are available on site.

We have been owners of Villa's 1 for more than 25 years and absolutely love it here. The units are large and comfortable. We love having breakfast on the deck and watching the golfers play a round. The hikes in the area are breathtaking and beautiful. There is so much to do with the swap meet, Thursday street fair in Palm Springs and walk around the El Paseo shops. Oh, did I forget to mention Pickleball and laying around one of the many Marriott pools?

An excellent resort that we have enjoyed for over 10 years. The service and response to any issue are outstanding. Beautifully maintained and kept up-to-date to Marriott's obvious high standards.

We always love our time spent at the Desert Springs Villas. The weather is mostly beautiful and it’s such a calming and relaxing vibe at the villas.

Premier Palm Desert location, on the same property as the gorgeous JW Marriott, Palm Desert. Fabulous restaurants, great shopping, and lots of outdoor activities, including world class golf. We stay several times a year, but family activities preclude a visit this Fall. Enjoy!

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of activities on the grounds. Fun for all ages. There are several pools to choose from and the JW Marriott is on the grounds and a great place to visit.

The best resort in Palm Desert. We have been going there for 7 years and love the setting, its closeness to Marriott hotel, multiple pools, beautiful grounds and closeness to great restaurants and golf courses plus the tennis tournament.

Great location next to the J.W. Marriott Hotel. Lots of local sites, restaurants, and shops. Golf on site, and can also use the golf course at Mountain Shadows Resort. This unit comes with three golf vouchers valued at $125 each.

It is simply the favorite place we have travelled. Two lovely golf courses, multiple tennis courts, pools, shops,, wonderful restaurants, huge lobby bar with lots of activity, palm trees and mountains! It doesn't get better than this!

This is an amazing resort with world class amenities. Pools, golf, pickleball, onsite fitness classes and the use of an amazing spa. The restaurants onsite and nearby are fantastic and we love the hiking.

Gorgeous resort, impeccably maintained with tons of activities. Villas 1 has access to the Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa right next door (allowing use of the tennis courts, resort pool and spa service) which Villas 2 does not have. The rooms are also bigger than most Timeshare rooms, including Villas 2.

First class accommodation with 1 bedroom, full kitchen and in-suite washer/dryer.

We have been vacation here for many years and it never disappoints! We have other plans for 2026 or we would would be back!
