    Simpson Bay Resort and Marina is great spot for vacation. B418 is a one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps 4. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room and a large terrace with great views of the Caribbean. It is close to the airport. There is a casino onsite and and there are plenty of restaurants and activities available at the resort and within walking distance.

    Unit B556 balcony looks out over the ocean from the top floor, (floor 5 with elevator) from top of the resort. We watch cruise ships, sailboats, and yachts coming into Sint Maarten. You look down on olympic size pool below with swim up bar. Five other pools on the resort grounds. Great restaurants and casino on the resort. Wonderful beach area with bar along with a small marina for boat trips.
